Our systems are built with quality components including a 5CP Cat Pump with adjustable pressure
for upholstery, carpet and hard surface cleaning, a Roots Whispair DSL blower producing up to 490
CFM, featuring FloMax Airflow Technology for faster drying times, and the Cleanco multi-stage
P.T.I. heat exchanger delivering water temperatures of 240°F for optimal cleaning performance.
The power transfer of the Cleanco direct drive unit comes from a solid precision balanced PTO shaft
driven by the van engine with soft start engagement technology.

which maintains the van engine speed at a consistent RPM, increasing vacuum performance by 30%

rotational molded polyethylene tank. It has
125 gallon capacity and has a 250’ live solution

The poly fresh water system holds 60 gallons
and includes 2 cup holders and storage space.
The fresh water tank comes complete with a
demand pump system that is removed easily
for maintenance. The system will work with the
complete range of Prochem Slide-in’s and fits
GM and Ford full size, 1 ton vans.
Full 120 U.S. gallons - Aluminum construction,

Hydro-Well 100 Gallon Fresh Water Tank
EZ-Charge Water Softener
The Hydro-Wells heavy-duty rotomolded body is
designed for long-term use, and the transparent
design allows you to monitor water levels at a
glance . The Hydro-Well fits snugly against the
side of your van and leaves plenty of room for
your equipment. There are molded-in locations
for two 5 gallon jugs, five 1 gallon jugs, and 2
pump sprayers.

Prochem’s EZ-Charge Water Softener removes the
calcium and magnesium minerals from the water
and replaces them with sodium, which does not form
a scale or interfere with detergent performance.
Requires no electrical source for regeneration. It can
be recharged wherever there is a fresh water source.

This motorized hose reel mounts on top of a
95 gallon fresh water tank to conserve space
in your van. A 12 volt DC motor powers the
reversible hose reel to make set up and clean
up faster and easier. The reel holds 250 feet

The unit mounts inside your waste tank and
is activated by a float valve. Comes with
a powerful 12 volt pump, with 20 amp
minibreaker, and a debris filter that slides out

Heavy Duty Waste Pump Out
This heavy duty waste pump out is ideal for
large commercial applications and deflooding
jobs. A 1/8 HP DC motor runs on 12 volt DC
current drawing 11.5 amps. The diaphragm
pump runs from a 170 RPM gear drive system
and pumps five gallons per minute.

Nylon Mesh Hose Bag
The new hose bag is constructed of durable
mesh nylon to allow your hoses to dry and
prevent nasty mildew smells. Its double-stitched
seams prevent rips and heavy-duty strap is
reinforced at each end to ensure long use. In
addition, the locking drawstring helps to keep
your hoses from spilling out. Rated to hold a

Cimex Cyclone
Hydro-Force™ CX-15
The Cimex Cyclone applies a small amount of
solution evenly to all sides of the carpet fibres
without wetting the carpet matting. The superior
agitation the machine provides quickly separates
the oily dirt from the fibre and suspends it in
the solution. The many tiny particles of dirt are
surrounded by the polymer, which dries into a hard
crystal. This polymer crystal cannot adhere to the
fibre, nor attract more dirt, and is removed with
routine vacuuming.
The CX-15 rotary cleaner is a crossover tool that
bridges the gap between wand cleaning and poweredrotary cleaning. Water pressures between 400-800
PSI power the high-speed spinning action of twin
jets to make over 4,000 cleaning passes/min. Unlike
traditional carpet wands, the CX-15 can aggressively
clean carpet fibers from multiple directions.

WHY PRESPRAY & RINSE?
Carpet cleaning has come a long way from the days of shampoo and scrubbers. Now, it is a highly technical
and demanding field, and it has become one of the central issues in the improvement of indoor air quality.
The demand for advanced cleaning compounds has blossomed, and Fibreclean has led the field in North
America.
Many of us have heard the horror stories of rapid resoiling that follow the use of some cleaning agents,
especially shampoos. When cleaning agents remain in a carpet, they naturally attract more soil than if the
carpet was residue free. Most cleaning agents used today are mild to strong alkalis, the opposite of acids.
This may help in removing the mostly acidic soils found in residential carpets, but it can leave the carpet as
a whole in an alkaline state. Leaving a carpet in an alkaline state can contribute to a number of problems
with the health and longevity of the carpet.
High alkalinity can contribute to organic growth, colour loss, carpet browning, rapid resoiling, latex glue
breakdown, fluorochemical protector failure, and a host of other problems. To make a carpet last longer,
it should be returned to its original mildly acidic state. This will stabilize colours, reduce or eliminate
browning, and leave the carpet softer and more resistant to acidic soiling.
How can you get the cleaning power you need while satisfying your customer’s demand for a healthier,
residue-free carpet? With the use of a powerful prespray, you can effectively emulsify even the toughest
soils. Follow this with a neutralizing rinse, and the carpet is left clean, healthy and pH balanced.
Fibreclean offers you the best possible cleaning action while reducing or eliminating residue. The best
approach is the two step prespray and rinse system. This system delivers the maximum clean with the
maximum efficiency. A good prespray can reduce your cleaning time by 20 to 40 percent! You need not
scrub the carpet, simply rinse it out. Most extraction systems share one thing in common, the rinse agent
contacts the carpet for only a fraction of a second. How much emulsification can the detergent be doing in
this limited time? Alternatively, a prespray contacts the carpet for 5 to 15 minutes, completely emulsifying
soils for easy removal. No more scrubbing!
First, prespray the entire carpet using one of the powerful presprays from Fibreclean. Esteam Suspend is
recommended for all carpets, or you may use Esteam Olefin Prespray, or Esteam Attack for commercial or
industrial applications. Allow the prespray to dwell on the carpet for at least 10 minutes. Use an injection
sprayer (i.e. Hydro-force™) hooked up to your truckmount pressure system for the best results. Raking in
the prespray will greatly enhance the effectiveness of the chemical action. After the minimum dwell time,
extract the carpet using Esteam Ultra Release Rinse Extraction Concentrate or Esteam Fibre Rinse and
allow it to dry.
Your customers will find the carpet softer, fresher, and cleaner than with any other cleaning procedure.

cleaner, which makes it excellent for routine
maintenance.
