Sun Moon Lake: The largest lake in Taiwan. There is an island
called “Guang Hua Island” in the middle of the lake. Northern part of
the island, looks like a sun, southern part looks like a moon, that’s
why called Sun Moon lake. (ticket included)
Xuan Guang Temple: Monk Xuan Zhuang was the Holy Monk in
the Tang dynasty. During the China-Japan War, Japanese took the
Monk Xuan Zhuang's remains away from Nanchin to the Tsen
Temple of Saidama Ken in Japan. In 1955, the Monk Xuan
Zhuang's remains were returned back to the Xuan Guang Temple.
GuangHua Island: Known as Lalu Island, island on the water.
Said to be a sacred place for the Shao tribe.
Wen Wu Temple: The temple to enshrine and worship Confucius,
Guan Gong and Yue Faye.
Qitou Forest Recreation Area: Xitou is located in the Phoenix
hill of Lugu village, and is embraced by mountains from three sides.
Xitou is part of the experimental forest belonging to the National
Taiwan University, the feature of the forest here is beautiful and tidy.

Lotus Pond KaoShiung: is a scenic man made lake sitting
between Turtle Mountain and Half Screen Mountain. Within the lush
and peaceful grounds there are several attractions to see such as the
Cijin Temple, the Dragon and Tiger Pagodas, the New Confucius
Temple, and Zuoying old City. The Cijin Temple is now one of the
most visited temples in KaoShiung’s Zuoying district.
Dream Mall: Dream Mall is the largest shopping complex in Taiwan
and one of the top large-scale shopping centers in Asia, it is a
combination of cinemas, restaurants, children recreation center, and
a vast amount of shops and boutiques that flourish with a variety of
international brands. Tourists can take a ride on Hello Kitty Ferris
Wheel by own expenses. It is the only Ferris wheel in Taiwan that
allows both city views and ocean views.
Feng Jia Night Market: It features all kinds of mouth watering and
innovative Taiwanese snacks; many exotic cuisines also are sold at
this market such as: proceed eggs, Mexico biscuits, Japan Crunchy
sticks, European style coffee, and Japan ramen.

National Palace Museum: is an art museum in Taiwan. It is the
national museum of the Republic of China, and has a permanent

artworks, making it one of the largest in the world.
Jiu Fen: as an old mining area, which now be a place for selling
delicious snacks.
Shilin Night Market: it is the largest night market in Taiwan that
has most complete merchants being sold at reasonable prices.

Martyrs’ Shrine: the shrine is to commemorate the warrior that
been sacrificed, there are many pictures inside the shrine showing
country founding; tourists also have chance to watch the guard shift
changing ceremony hourly.
TamShui Fisherman’s Wharf: well-known by its beautiful sunset
and fresh seafood. While having sightseeing and leisure facilities, it
still holds its functionality as a harbor for fishing boats.
TamShui Old Street: Along the road are the other historic
buildings such as Cingshuai Temple, Fuyou Temple, Hobe Mackay
Hospital and Tamsui Church, etc.
XiMenDing Shopping District: Ximenting is the mecca for youth
culture. From tatton street to Wannian Plaza accessory shops,
cosplay to street dancing, Ximenting offers a venue for youths to
