GARDNER-WHITE FURNITURE NOW HIRING SALES CONSULTANTS Join a growing company! We have immediate openings for sales consultants at all 11 locations. If you enjoy working with people, want to develop a successful career, and want to earn a generous living, this could be the career for you Some of our most successful sales consultants were waiters or waitresses, bartenders, teachers, interior designers or selling other products prior to joining GardnerWhite. However, Gardner-White does not require any previous sales experience. All that is required is a desire to succeed, work ethic, and commitment to excellence. Gardner-White tries to ensure a smooth transition to a commissioned sales environment for new hires. There are six weeks of guaranteed income for all new sales associates. This includes a paid training course. Mentorship opportunities are available at the store- level once new sales consultants complete the training course. Additionally, all Gardner- White sales consultants participate in continuing education to ensure they know the latest in product trends, and so that they continue to improve their skills and grow their income. SALARY & BENEFITS: Our average sales consultant earns $52,000. Top salaries are over $110,000. More than one-third of Gardner-White sales consultants earn more than $80,000. Additionally, our sales consultants find this to be a rewarding place to work - much of our workforce has been at Gardner-White for at least 10 years. A generous employee discount plan is available. All full-time consultants are eligible for Blue Cross coverage, vision and dental insurance, disability insurance, 401k with company match, paid vacation and personal days. There are many opportunities for advancement. All of our managers start as sales consultants. New training classes start monthly.
