Rates are based on double occupancy, except where noted. Additional persons will be charged $15.00 each per night over the age of three (3) years old.
Montauk Manor accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and personal checks guaranteed by Telecheck.
A 50% advanced deposit is required on all guaranteed reservations.
Cancellations must be made at least ten (10) days prior to scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund, minus a
cancellation fee.
All rooms are subject to all required taxes.

During the months of June, September & October there is a two night minimum weekend stay required.
During the month of July there is a two night minimum stay required.
During the month of August there is a three night minimum stay required.
A three night minimum stay is required for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and is at Peak Season Rates., Thanksgiving, St Patrick’s Day (Parade Weekend),
New Years’s & President’s Weekend requires a 2 night minimum stay @ Period C-Holiday Rates.
