The open faced 4” sliced bagel is topped with creamy
cheese sauce, Canadian bacon, scrambled eggs and a blend
of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Because it can
be hand-held, it makes a great “food to go” and is a delicious
alternative to a breakfast sandwich.
Add dipping sauce, salad or French fries and serve for lunch,
dinner or as an appetizer. The Prestige Bagel Scrambler works
well in QSR operations, healthcare, school feeding, delis and
family/casual dining restaurants.
Fully prepared – just heat and serve. When baked in the oven,
the bagel base becomes crunchy just like toast, or you can
have it soft and chewy when prepared in the microwave.
Cooking Instructions:
• CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Place frozen product on baking sheet. Bake 18-20 minutes
or until done.
• MICROWAVE: Place frozen product in centre of microwave.
Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds.
• RETHERM: Temper product overnight under refrigeration.
Bulk system: 130°C (250°F) for 40 minutes. For best
results partially cover with foil and line bottom of pan
with parchment paper.
Tray system: 125°C (250°F) for 35 minutes covered.
• NOTE: Cooking times vary by equipment.
STORAGE
• Keep Frozen. Use within 3 days if thawed under
refrigeration
