BIKING COPENHAGEN CITY TOURS
Renting a bicycle is a good idea, whether touring
Copenhagen’s city centre or planning a trip outside
town. You can bring your bicycle on the metro
free of charge outside rush hours. And you can
bring your bicycle on urban trains (S trains) too,
although you will have to purchase an extra ticket
for the bike. Copenhagen no longer offers free city
bikes but there are plenty of rental shops and most
hotels and hostels provide bicycle hire.
A great way to explore pedal-happy Copenhagen is
to ‘Bike with Mike’. Tours include ‘The Unplugged
Tour’ with pedal-powered urban exploration. And the
‘Midnight Ridazz Tour’ that lets you enjoy the latenight buzz of the city.
Experience Copenhagen’s most famous sights on
guided biking tours well as the lesser-known parts
of the city’s lively historic neighbourhoods.
