Shelta for 2015-16
Welcome to Shelta’s 2015-16 Outdoor Furniture / Shade catalogue. It showcases many new products that are stylish, innovative and attractive and which we believe will attract
immediate consumer interest, more importantly, consumer dollars.
For example, in wicker - the new Constance Dining chair, Hebrides Sofa setting, Rosemead Chat setting and Davenport Casual Dining 6 piece – all will enhance our 2015-16 range.
Shelta is introducing the new “breath of fresh air” Kyoto wicker for 2015. Kyoto appears in many new and existing products across the range in 5mm round and 8 / 12mm flat versions.
Please turn to page 24 for the exciting new Sapphire Premium Aluminium range. This includes the Bayonne 9 / 11 piece Dining, 3 piece Chat and Chaise Lounge.
The sand texture white frames, soft beige Textilene slingmesh and glass is fresh, clean and contemporary.

As part of our commitment to sun protection, Shelta
places a major emphasis on advising consumers our
shade products UPF ratings. Shelta takes care to select
high quality dense fabrics which look great, as well as
save your skin.
It is vital for shade product users to understand that
they could receive many times more UV from sunlight
reflected under the umbrella from sand, water and
other surfaces - than will be transmitted through the
umbrella. The only remedy for this is shade clothing and
sunscreen.

These add years to the life of outdoor furniture. Made of
tough waterproof polyester canvas, they not only protect
from effects of UV on your furniture but also keep it clean.
Velcro ties hold the cover snug in around the base of the
chairs, even in strong winds. The product is packed in a
see-through hang pack with an illustrated header.

Naturalstone
Tables
Naturalstone is a 9mm layer of natural Marble,
Granite or Travertine stone quarried in Spain,
Iran or Italy, bonded (using sophisticated
adhesives) to a tough fiberglass and resin
core. There is also an aluminium ‘moulded
in’ frame to give even greater strength and
stability and for attaching the black powder
coated aluminium legs.

Naturalstone table tops are not a man-made
homogeneous product and are infinitely
variable. Being stone they have natural grains,
fissures and stratas, all of which confer to the
table its natural character and beauty.

Monte Carlo
Marmostone tables natural beauty,
functionality and durability have made
them a great sale success for Shelta
over the last decade.
The authentic stone look and character
of the table is enhanced by the stone
surface texture and colours and
application (on some) of contrasting
grout. As with Naturalstone, application
of a UV resistant sealant provides water
resistance, significant stain resistance
and long life.
The Marmostone manufacturing process
involves moulding a mix of finely ground
Granite and Resin (about 75 / 25).
There is also a ‘moulded in’ core of
fiberglass / resin sheet that gives great
strength and stability and onto which
black powder coated aluminium legs
are bolted.

San Remo is beautifully crafted from
marine grade raw materials,
including stainless steel and
strong drawn, extruded and cast aluminium.
The side axis lever is unique and enables variable tilting
of the umbrella to 25 degrees either side of horizontal.
San Remo has the visually distinctive feature of a 4 degree back sloping mast
which eases umbrella closure.
The umbrella rotates through 360 degrees and features a foot pedal rotate lock,
cranklift opening and attachment bracket for LED light. San Remo is covered
by tough and totally fade free Sunbrella acrylic canvasses. Includes a polyester
Protective Cover.

Regis is Shelta’s important new mid-size / mid-price cantilever. It uniquely features side
axis winder handle controlled tilt – to 45° to either side; as well as normal mast axis tilt.
Regis has all other Shelta cantilever attributes – winder handle opening and closing, 360°
rotation around the mast (to give shade where needed), LED light mount and compatibility

Unique in a number of important respects. All Fairlight sizes feature a
‘collar tilt’ which enables a person to tilt the umbrella to 20 degrees by
