what a great summer
season this was.. So
lets start with the fact
that the Bucky Ballers
WON their first game all season!!! Wooho.. And lets see what
else.. Oh ya.. We raised a ton of
money and food
for our friends
at the Town and
Country Rescue
and saved a
dogs life.. So that’s
kinda cool.. We
made a lot of new
friends and increased our beer
tolerance by about
60%... So that skill will come in
handy ..and remember back
when we went to Fat Daddys and
had that really awesome night on
the town for our Mid season
party? Those
were good
times too.. So
lets make sure
that Week 8
doesn't go in
the books as a
bust and make
sure we party
like its 1979…
It has been fun
but I'm not heading off to Ol’
South just yet for my drunk
breakfast, cus we still have lot to
do.. See you all very soon.

Commissioners’ Corner
We have a couple exciting weeks of kickball coming up.
TX Storm will be hosting a very special guest on Wednesday. His name is Cameron and he does what I do for WAKA
in Austin. He is also an official WAKA referee and travels to Las Vegas for the Founders Cup each year to ref the highest intensity games you've ever seen. He'll be at our games on Tuesday to get some practice before Founders Cup, so
three of our games will be reffed by him. If you aren't playing in a game that Cam is reffing, feel free to stick around
and watch him or come early. If you are a ref for your team and would like to pick Cam's brain about anything, feel
free to.
Next Tuesday is the first and second rounds of our Division Tournament. Remember, all teams qualify. The tournament is single-round elimination and we'll play the third and fourth rounds the following Tuesday. The schedule will
be out late this week so keep an eye out.

Beach Volleyball Tournament
Courts are reserved for WAKA players and guest only
$20 entry fee per 6 player team before September 12th. $30 on game day. Single Elimination.
Champion takes ½ of entry fees collected, charity takes the other ½
Flip Cup
Is on. Red Solo cups available for a nominal fee.
Ball Toss
$1.00 per throw, all for Charity. Winner gets Body Glove Cooler and Float so that you can enjoy the rest of the summer in
style.
