bodyLIFE-IFW Expo 2014, an International Trade Fair on Fitness Training
Equipment, Wellness and Sports Nutrition, was organized at the Bombay
Exhibition Centre, Goregaon (Mumbai), between 9-11 October 2014 by PDA-HaB
Media and Tradefairs Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture company of PDA Trade Fairs
(Bangalore, India) and Health and Beauty Group (Karlsruhe, Germany),
Publishers of bodyLIFE Europe, which is Europe’s leading fitness magazine,
published in 5 languages across Europe.
bodyLIFE-IFW Expo was the need of the hour: a fitness and wellness industry
trade show that has not only acted as a catalyst to the health-conscious
movement, but also provided a platform to foster partnerships in the sector and
converted potential to commerce. Gym and health club Owners, fitness facility
Owners, Managers and Trainers who attended this India’s First International B2B
trade fair on fitness, were extreamly happy with the quality of the expo and its
offerings.
bodyLIFE-IFW Expo provided visitors direct access to manufacturers and
distributors of the latest fitness equipment, technologies and services.
Exhibitors on the other hand was overwhelmed to see quality of visitors that came
in for the expo and showed a keen interest to participate in the upcoming edition
of Bodylife Expo also. In brief exhibitors has attracted a sizable number of visitors
from Mumbai and other cities in the ratio of 60:40.

The IFAA Congress & Convention was organised concurrently with the BodyLife
IFW Expo.
Concurrent Convention and Congress by:
Founded just a few months back, IFAA Fitness Academy India Pvt Ltd had master
trainers from USA, Latin America, Europe, Australia including leading master
trainers from India to conduct workshops at the convention. The master trainers
executed the innovative schedule of highest quality and topics such as Miniband
Training, Myofascial-Training, Assisted Stretching as well as Labooca, so far
completely unknown to the Indian market. In addition there were workshops on
Zumba, Reebok step n tone, 4Streatz, Latin Explosion, Bodyweight Exercises,
Stretching, Core Training, Speedball, Plyometrics, Kettlebell etc.
At the Congress, IFAA's had topics such as “Generating revenue through
networked fitness” by PRECOR, “Keys of success” by IFAA, “Increasing secondary
revenue through networked fitness” by PRECOR and “Sales Process” by IFAA for
Gym Owners.
