Special Dining Events Friday, April 15th Amana Heritage Society Communal Kitchen Dinner6:30pm. Enjoy Traditional Colony Cuisine in the only surviving communal kitchen. Tickets for this special meal are $22/person. Reservations are required and space is limited, call 319-622-3567* for tickets. Chef Mike will instruct the “students” on how to make a Basil Pesto, Alfredo and Marinara Sauce. Learn how easy it is to entertain from a trained chef.
