Arrival
Guest book
This guest book is easily made, you can buy a sliver/grey book at any art store and
then create a bow and hot glue it on the side. For Austin and Liz’s wedding I would use
a yellow ribbon to go with their colors. To go with the book you can use a normal pen
and decorate it in ribbon to make it look a lot nicer. This should only cost at $25 for a
do-it-yourself guest book and pens.
Escort Cards
Austin and Liz love to be outdoors. He proposed on the 4th of July in a Kayak on the
Chattahoochee River. I like the idea of placing the escort cards around a decorated
tree, in a clear vase fits the couples interest. (The florist could provide this).
Then you can purchase clear acrylic boxes and fill them with sand and pebbles, or fake
jewels. The escort cards can double as a gift and you can fill the little white envelops
with seeds for some flowers.
Acrylic boxes - $7.99 each - http://www.spacesavers.com/Storage/All-Purpose-AcrylicBox
Small Envelopes (150-sliver) - $44.85 –
http://www.actionenvelope.com/ae/control/product/~category_id=OPEN_END/~produc
t_id=1COSIL
On card stock you can print the person’s name, table number, and the
logo/monogram/last name of wedding couple, along with the date. Then you can hot
glue them onto the front of the envelope. This should only cost about - $15
The seeds you can get from any outdoor store and fill each envelope with a few. This
will cost between $5 - $25.

an extra $2.50. The total for the rental and 125 chairs is $712.50++ (this cost does not
