1. Volpi Prosiutto

Italian Prosciutto ham originates in the Emilia-Romagna
region. Like its true Italian counterparts, Volpi prosciutto is
the product of a long, unhurried drying process lasting a
minimum of 210 days. Carefully rubbed and salted to ensure
an air-dried, even cure. The result is a soft, sweet flavor.

with members in New England and upstate NY producing all
natural, award-winning cheeses, including the "World's Best
Cheddar."
2. Berina Beef Bresaola Punta D'Anca

98% lean, raw and air-cured beef from Uruguay, lean
hindquarter beef cuts specially selected for their high quality,
rubbed with traditional spices from the Valtellina region.
Aged for two to three months.

This style of salame originates from the Veneto region.
Delicate and refined in style, sweet, dried pork. Sopressata has

6. Molinari Sopressata
Cured Sopressata is a specialty of Southern Italy. All pork
salame with burgundy wine; dry cured for up to 12 weeks.

Sun dried organic figs. Meaty and flavorful. They go great
with lighter red wines. Excellent source of fiber and absolutely
delicious.
12. Fontina Fontal Cisalpino
Origins in Lombardia, Italy. Semi-Soft cow’s milk cheese.
Yellowish color and a mild nutty taste. Comparable to
mozzarella, with a more flavor and a richer mouth feel.

With its origins in Southern Italy, provolone is a classic.
Aromatic with a firm and silky smooth texture. California
Gold is one our areas best producers.

14. Eiffel Tower Brie French Style Brie

60% Double Cream, 50% moisture, soft ripened. The extra
cream and higher moisture content give you a wonderful taste
experience. Its white velvety rind ripens the cheese from the
inside-out, creating a wonderful creamy texture.
15. The Drunken Goat

“Best in class” for goat’s milk category at the 2014 World
Championship Cheese Contest. In 1986 local goat cheese
makers started to age their traditional local cheese in Doble
Pasta red wine for 3 days. Semi-soft and packed with flavor.

free pasteurized Wisconsin cow’s milk. Shaft's unique aging

17. Divina Pitted Castelvetrano Olives

Castelvetrano olives are naturally vibrant with a blue-green
color. Tender and juicy on the palate and mildly sweet. The
Castelvetrano varietal is named for the town on the
northwestern coast of Sicily where they are grown.
18. The Bella di Red Cerignola Olives

Distinct red color and mild flavor. Exclusively grown in the
Foggia province of Puglia, Italy.
19. Green Cerignola Olives

Originating from the town of Cerignola Italy, this is a very
large green olive. Heavy in flesh, soft with mild flavor.
