Preparation: To get golden brown chicken use our exclusive "Rotisserie Sauce" containing our top-secret Peruvian ingredients,
no need to add anything else!. Use 1 oz. per chicken (average 3 lbs. to 3 ½ lbs.). You can also use it in any meat or fish!
Using a 3Lbs. whole chicken: Remove the excess fat and wash with water only. Dry well, using a paper towel. Apply our sauce
inside the chest cavity (very important), under (important) and on top of the skin. Marinade over night or a minimum of 4 hrs.
before cooking. You can use more of our rotisserie sauce if you like stronger flavor.
Refrigerate after opening, or save in a cool place at a temperature of 50° F isolated from the light. Shelf life of an unopened
container is 18 months.
Home:
* For conventional "Home" ovens, cook at 450 Fº for 1 Hr. and
30 Min. Turn the chicken over every 30 min.

and 45 Min.
* For Microwave, cook at high power for 1 Hr. Turn the
chicken over every 30 min. Use a non-metal rack to let the
juices drain.
For extra golden brown color add 10 more minutes of cooking
time.

Restaurants, Commercial and OutDoor:
* For restaurant charcoal ovens, cook at 535 Fº for 50 min. or
1 hr. Spray a small amount of water onto the charcoal to get
the smoked smell and flavor.
* For outdoor grill, cook at 500 Fº for 1 Hr. and 15 Min. Spray
a small amount of water onto the charcoal to get the smoked
smell and flavor.
