& Aromatic Plants (MAPs) and their products.
These names express the vital roles of MAPs for
the population health and industries of countries
from over the worlds.
There are impressive numbers: WHO concludes
6,3 billion people rely mainly on plant-based
medicines in 2014, and globally the trade of plantbased drugs reach dozens of billions USD. This value
is exclusive of other application of the plants in
food, cuisines, cosmetics, spa, and other consumer
healthcare products.
MAPs playan important role across continents all
over the globe. Among thousands of plant species
with medical application, some famous plants are
Panax Sp. (Ginseng), Cinnamomum Camphora from
Asia, Prunus Africana, Rooibos from Africa, Pimenta
Longa, Tagetes Minuta (muster John Henry), Mauritia
Flexuosa (moriche palm) from Latin America.
Participation rates*
For exhibitors:

he price per square meter excluding
stand assembly is € 150,-.
• T
he price per square meter including
stand assembly is € 200,-. Stand assembly
consists of stand walls, frieze strips with
company name, pillars, carpeting, lightning and
electrical connection (3000w).
• T
he price per service package is € 450,-.
One package consists of Table & 4 chairs,
1 counter, 1 rack for documentation, 1 palm,
1 frieze strip writing (1 company name) and
stand cleaning.
• M
inimum stand size is 6 square meter (3x2).
• E
arly bird exhibitors who reserve a stand area
before October 2016 will receive the 10%
discount on their participation fee.
MAPs and MAP products deserve an international,
open, and effective marketplace where global
companies can find each other, network, do business,
close the deals, share knowledge, and contribute
their voices for the future developments of MAPs.
Recognizing the necessity to establish an open &
effective marketplace, in the spring of 2017,
NBI International organizes the first edition of MAP
Expo in the Netherlands – the Global Marketplace for
Medicinal & Aromatic Plants.
Program highlight: Pain Treatment Conference
“Treat the pain” is the topic of the scientific-economic
congress during the MAP EXPO 2017. Realization of the
congress is the joint effort of cross-country institutes,
associations and enterprises. Participants will be
provided with traditional approaches on relieving the
pain and their transition into modern life through plantbased products. Scientists & businesses who need to
exchange knowledge and conclude offers for Western
markets will find this forum as the place to-be.
