The Casa de Carmona is located
in the historic centre of Carmona,
Seville’s most beautiful village,
located just 30 km from its capital, on the AIV highway towards
Cordoba.
In 1561, on a 1500 m2 plot, just
100 m from Santa María de Gracia
Lazaro de Briones built this spectacular Casa - Palacio with more than
2900 m2 built.
Currently it has 4 patios, 4 living
rooms, a great staircase, a restaurant bar, loggia, pool, garden and
33 charming bedrooms.

XVII C. COLUMNATED PATIO
The XVII C. Casa Palacio of the
Duques of Segorbe, located in the
Barrio de Santa Cruz in
Sevilla, is full of details of good
taste, and is without doubt one of
the most beautiful in Seville.
The columns are lean and bulged,
the arches slightly raised and the
gallery unusually spacious, with a
generous height. The top gallery,
also columnated and open, contributes to the sensantional ambiance.
In the centre of the Patio, a bold

octogonal arabesque tiled fountain and generous potted clivias by
the columns. All these elements
together provide an exceptional
aesthetic.
The Patio has capacity for 4 large
tables for 12 in each corner, and for
11 tables of 10 in the sides, totalling
160 persons. In the 4 contiguous
living rooms a further 10 tables of
10 can be fitted, for a total of 160
persons seated.

The Casa de Salinas was built by
Baltasar Jaén around the year 1600,
a time in which Seville was the
most splendid city in the Europe,
was full of artists. Of a renaissance
conception, the Casa de Salinas
puts together gothic, mudejar and
renaissance decorative elements
with great warmth.
The Salinas family has restaured
and maintained the house to minute detail and in impeccable taste.
The Columnated Patio has been
covered by a glass ceiling, providing it the possibility of hosting
events in the courtyard - of upto
160 persons - even in the worst of
weathers.

RED ROOM - XVIII C. BUILDING
Seville’s Carriage Museum is
located in the Plaza de Cuba, just
across the Guadalquivir river from
the Cristina Gardens.
It is a beautivul building with
origins in the XVth century and
finalised in the XVIIIth.
It currently houses a permanent
exhibition of 19 carriages, and has
a three well conditioned
spaces that can serve a plurality of
functions. The Salon Rojo measures 250 square meters, the Salon
Amarillo, the main room where
the carriages are displayed, measures 400 square meters and the
Salon Multifuncional measures 90
meters.
The Carriages Museum has a
capacity as a sit-down banquet for
about 200 persons

The Casa Palacio de Guardiola
is located in the Puerta de Jerez,
the entryway to the monumental
centre of Seville, at the beginning
of the Avenue of the Constitution,
which leads to the Cathedral and
the Alcazar Royal Palace.
Felipe Guardiola, in the year 2002
began to host events and to reform
the house for the use of events,
installing impermeable canvasses
in the columnated courtyard, the
garden and the “patio de caballos”
such that these can be used even in
the case of rain, and also redesigning several carriage bays for their
use as a disco.
The plurality of available spaces
permit the Casa de Guardiola to
serve a better service for the needs
of complex events.

Villa Luisa is the house-palace
built by the argentine familiy Bemberg for the IberoAmerican Exhibition held in 1929 in Seville. It has
a regionalist style with morrocan,
arabic and persian decorative elements.
What is most spectacular about Villa Luisa is its extensive almost centenary palm tree private garden,
the imaginary oasis made true,
which makes Villa Luisa the best
location in Seville for an open-air
COLUMNS HALL
coktail reception for hundreds of
persons.
At the end of the XXth. Century,
the family built a large square
function room, measuring 18 x
18 meters, with a capacit for 350
persons seated.
Villa Luisa has become the favourite location in Seville for the
celebration of weddinds, so Saturdays are reserved fully a year in
advance.
