Teak Philosophy
I prodotti Panto sono costruiti utilizzando
esclusivamente Teak originale “Tectona
Grandis”.
Il Teak è noto per essere uno dei migliori
legnami da costruzione al mondo.
È utilizzato da sempre nel settore navale
grazie alla sua elevata stabilità e resistenza
agli agenti atmosferici e biologici. Possiede
inoltre la straordinaria capacità di non
alterarsi a contatto con la ferramenta.
Queste qualità rendono quindi il Teak
particolarmente adatto alla costruzione di
serramenti, mobili da giardino e strutture
per esterni in grado di assicurare lunga
durata nel tempo e un’elevata resistenza agli
agenti atmosferici.

Panto products are manufactured using only
original teak, “Tectona Grandis”.
Teak is well known as being one of the best
woods in the world for construction and
manufacturing.
It has been used for centuries in the naval sector
because of its unique properties of high stability
and resistance to atmospheric and biological
agents. It also has the extraordinary ability of
remaining unaltered when in contact with
metalwork.
These qualities therefore make it particularly
suitable for the manufacture of doors and
windows, garden furniture and external
structures that are able to ensure durability and
offer excellent resistance to extreme weather
conditions.

Technology & Ecology
Gli infissi esterni Panto sono realizzati in
legno lamellare, una tecnologia che assicura
grande stabilità ed elevate prestazioni.
Sono inoltre trattati con prodotti che
preservano negli anni il legno da muffe e
batteri. Il ciclo di verniciatura automatizzato
consente l’uso di una maggior quantità di
vernice all’acqua evitando la dispersione di
elementi inquinanti nell’aria.
Speciali vetrocamera a bassa emissività,
grazie al rivestimento magnetronico,
assicurano un isolamento termico di oltre
il doppio di una normale vetrocamera.
In questo modo è possibile ottenere un
considerevole risparmio energetico con
importanti riscontri sia a livello economico
che ecologico.
Panto ha da sempre a cuore la salvaguardia
dell’ambiente: le tecnologie utilizzate
rispettano la normativa vigente in materia
ambientale consentendo di diminuire le
emissioni in atmosfera di sostanze inquinanti
e di gas nocivi.
Ricordiamo inoltre che il Teak utilizzato
da Panto, proviene esclusivamente da
piantagioni rinnovabili contribuendo così
alla tutela dell’ambiente.
Panto external door and window frames
are made of laminated wood, a technology
that ensures excellent stability and high
performance.
They are also treated with products that protect
against mildew and bacteria.
The automated painting cycle allows a greater
quantity of water-based paint to be used
while at the same time avoiding the release of
polluting elements into the air.
Special double glazing with low emission glass,
thanks to the magnetron-sputtered coating
which ensures thermal insulation more than
twice that of normal double glazing, resulting
in considerable energy savings with important
economic and ecological benefits.
Panto always has protection of the environment
at heart: the technologies used respect current
legislation in environmental matters so that
emissions of polluting substances and harmful
gases are reduced.
Moreover, the teak used by Panto comes from
renewable plantations, helping to contribute to
protection of the environment.

I prodotti Panto sono progettati e costruiti
per durare nel tempo, conservando a lungo

impiegati esclusivamente legnami pregiati

accessori metallici utilizzati sono soggetti a

tutti i prodotti viene eseguita con impianti
robotizzati che utilizzano resine acriliche in
emulsione acquosa la cui durata è nettamente
superiore alle verniciature tradizionali.

le finestre sono infatti garantite per ben 10
anni, mentre la durabilità del Teak utilizzato

particularly resistant woods, while the metallic
accessories used are subjected to anticorrosive
treatments to maintain their efficiency over the
years. All products are painted by automated
systems that use acrylic resins in aqueous
emulsion, which last considerably longer than
traditional paints.

supporto centrale è in lamellare a più strati
giuntati a Finger-joint. Sul lato interno è
riportata una lamella di legno massiccio
di Okoumè. Il lato esterno è rivestito con
alluminio, manganese e magnesio.
