A singolo o doppio impacco laterale, con o senza guida a pavimento e con
possibilità di motorizzazione ad uomo presente od automatica.
STRUTTURA PORTANTE di fissaggio a muro costituita da:
• montanti laterali in tubolare nero dim. 70x70x2 mm;
• guida superiore in acciaio zincato o verniciato colore nero, sp. 3 mm;
PANNELLI - ANTA sono realizzati con:
• telaio interno in profilo di acciaio zincato da 50x50x2 mm;
• coibentazione interna in materassino di polistirene espanso precompresso
a cellule chiuse ed ad alta densità 35-40 Kg/Mc secondo norma UNI EN
13163:2003 euroclasse “E”;
• rivestimento su entrambi i lati è in acciaio zincato da 8/10 preverniciato
RAL standard ed incollato con colle poliuretaniche bicomponenti;
- sulle ante viene posata una pellicola di protezione da togliersi
successivamente alla posa in opera ACCESSORI di completamento:
• cerniere in alluminio presso-fuso verniciate nero, complete di boccole in
nylon autolubrificanti e doppi cuscinetti reggispinta in acciaio cementato,
perno da 20 mm in acciaio zincato a scomparsa tramite tappi posti
all’estremità;
• carrelli di scorrimento a tre ruote;
• guarnizioni di tenuta laterale antischiacciamento ed antinvecchiamento in
gomma EPDM conforme alla norma UNI 8612;
• spazzole di tenuta superiore ed inferiore in nylon con profilo in alluminio
preverniciato nero;
• chiusura ottenuta mediante tartaruga in acciaio zincato a pavimento;
perni con cuscinetti posti sulle cerniere centrali mediante aste in acciaio

Questa tipologia di chiusura industriale, sia a libro che scorrevole, non rientra nella
categoria di prodotti “standard” in quanto ogni situazione ed esigenza di cantiere è
diversa l’un dall’altra.
Pertanto Doors Sistem S.r.l., ogniqualvolta si presentasse la necessità da parte del
Cliente a realizzare una chiusura di grandi dimensioni, predisporrà tutti gli elaborati
tecnico-grafici necessari alla realizzazione e posa in opera della suddetta chiusura.
Nel caso invece, il Cliente stesso sia già in possesso di elaborati tecnico-grafici, sarà
ns. cura verificarne la fattezza di realizzazione ed in caso positivo la chiusura sarà
realizzata sulla base dei suddetti elaborati.
Vista la ns. esperienza nel settore, verranno elaborate e proposte
convenienti, nel rispetto delle richieste del Cliente.

This kind of closing, both slinding and folding, is not considered “standard”, because all situations and
necessities in a building site are different each other.
Therefore, each time Door Sistem face the necessity to make a big-size closing for a cutomer,
we will
give him all the graphic papers needed for the realization and the laying of the closing.
On the other hand, where the costumer had already his own graphic papers, we would just verify theirs
practicability and,
should they be all right,
we will realize the Big-Size door according to the above
mentioned graphics.
