Overzicht skigebieden
SKIGEBIED Rokytnice nad Jizerou en Paseky nad Jizerou vormen qua oppervlakte het grootste
skigebied van het westelijke Reuzengebergte. Hier wordt voornamelijk alpine skiën en
langlaufen beoefend. Een groot voordeel van deze omgeving is dat er pistes zijn met
verschillende moeilijkheidsgraden – er zijn pistes voor kleine kinderen en voor ouders met
kinderen of minder geoefende skiërs, maar er zijn ook pistes voor geoefende skiërs.
Rokytnice nad Jizerou biedt in totaal 28 skiliften met pistes van uiteenlopende
moeilijkheidsgraden en een kabelbaan naar Lysá hora, die door zijn lengte van 2198 m in het
Reuzengebergte uniek is.
Alle pistes worden elke dag ondergehouden; op vele plaatsen worden de pistes van
kunstsneeuw voorzien en op sommige plaatsen rijdt voor skiërs een skibus gratis
Skigebied Horní Domky – in de wintermaanden is hier vooral de vierzitskabelbaan naar de top
van van Lysá hora tot een hoogte van 1312m met een lengte van2198m en een
transportcapaciteit van 1800 personen per uur van belang. Voorts zijn er 6 skiliften van
verschillende lengten en moeilijkheidsgraden met een totale capaciteit van 5890 personen per
uur. (Přibližovací vlek, Kaprun I en II, Křížek, Zalomený en Montaz). Deze permanent
onderhouden pistes omvatten de meest veeleisende zwarte pistes, via de FIS-rode, de
toeristische blauwe en slalomhellingen tot pistes voor beginners.
Een nouveauté dit jaar is het vervoer van snowboarders door de kabelbaan.
Skigebied Studenov – Centrum Studenov , gelegen op een hoogte van 565 – 933 meter,
bekend door zijn goed onderhouden skipistes, is geschikt voor beginners en gemiddeld ervaren
skiërs. Zijn ligging is vooral ideaal voor skiënde gezinnen met kinderen. De brede skipistes hier
zijn tegenwoordig ook een gewilde plaats voor snowboarders.
In dit centrum staan 11 skiliften ter beschikking, en een skischool, skiverhuur en ski- en
snowboardberging, skiservice, parkeerplaats, buffet, restaurant en telefoon.
Skigebied Pařez – Skigebied Pařez biedt goedkope en goede skimogelijkheden voor zowel
gezinnen met kinderen, alsook oefen- en skicursussen voor scholen, maar ook voor
geoefende skiërs, die graag voor hun plezier recreatief willen skiën. In dit gebied zijn
twee skiliften Tatrapoma P a PFP met een lengte van 370 en 320 met een hoogteverschil
van 60, resp. 50 m en een mooie, goed onderhouden bijna 80 meter brede piste.
Skigebied Sachrovka – Skigebied SACHROVKA is geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen en
anderen. Het ligt 150 m vanaf Horní náměstí (bovenplein) in Rokytnice nad Jizerou. Bij

de lift bevindt zich een stalletje met drankjes, op 100 meter afstand is een restaurant.
Parkeren is gratis. Kortingen in het voor- en naseizoen.
Skigebied Sachrovka – Skigebied SACHROVKA is geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen en
anderen. Het ligt 150 m vanaf Horní náměstí (bovenplein) in Rokytnice nad Jizerou. Bij
de lift bevindt zich een stalletje met drankjes, op 100 meter afstand is een restaurant.
Parkeren is gratis. Kortingen in het voor- en naseizoen.
Langlaufloipen
Het skigebied biedt u eveneens goed onderhouden langlaufloipen en rondwegen. Het maakt
deel uit van het skipadennet „Krkonoše – lyžařský běžecký ráj“ (Reuzengebergte –
langlauferparadijs) dat alle bergcentra met elkaar verbindt door meer dan 500 km goed
onderhouden routes.
De rondwegen zijn weinig eisend en kunnen ook gebruikt worden door minder ervaren
langlaufers. Voor de meer geoefender zijn bijvoorbeeld de routes geschikt van Studenov naar
Dvoračky, of kunt u gebruik maken van de kabelbaan naar Lysá hora. Niet ver daarvandaan is de
bewegwijzerde „Krkonošská lyžařská cesta“, (Skiroute Reuzengebergte) die het gehele
Reuzengebergte doorkruist. Deze leidt verder naar het langlaufermonument Hanče en Vrbaty
en naar Horní Mísečky.
U kunt ten volle genieten van het langlaufen en van aantrekkelijke vergezichten op het
bergpanorama en op het landschap in de directe omgeving van dit skigbied.

Ski center Horní Domky spreads out over the southern slopes of
Lysá hora [Lysá Mountain] at an elevation of 630 to 1,315
above-sea-level. By way of comparison with others, it is one of
the best ski locations in the Czech Republic in terms of its position, exemplary ski slopes and
facilities. It is mainly popular for its large diversity and extent of its downhill courses.
Here you’ll find trails at all levels of difficulty – Blue, Red and Black in an overall length of 11.4
km (detailed description of trails on the information board). Of course, all slopes are groomed
daily. The modern Kässbohrer snow grooming vehicles guarantee such consistent service. For
difficult maintenance on steep slopes, the center is equipped with two ski Ratracs with winch.
This year a new Ratrac was purchased for grooming parking areas. Aside from other uses, it will
be used for grooming the snow park located near the lower ski lift terminal at Lysá Mountain.
The Snowpark is equipped with several jumps, various barriers and small T-bar lift (A 8). It is
mainly popular amongst Freestyle enthusiasts.

Ski Center Horní Domky provides skiers and snowboarders an overall carrying capacity of 7,720
persons/hour thanks to its four-seat chairlift and six T-bar lifts (detailed list descriptions on the
information board). The new Horní Domky chairlift was built just this year. It leads from the
corner of the parking lot “u Rokytky” to the cottage Lovčenka. The other chairlift on Lysá
Mountain, which was built in 1996. It is unique for the fact that it is the only one in the Czech
Republic leading to the 1st zone of KRNAP. This is obviously accompanied by various negative
aspects, such as the fact that summer operation of the chairlift is prohibited. Its final terminal is
the loading spot on the cross-country trail called “Krkonošská magistrála”. The company
Spartak Rokytnice a.s. maintains the cross-country trail, 36 km in length, which links up to the
adjacent maintained trail. In the area of Rokytnice and Ski Center Horní Domky, cross-country
ski lovers may enjoy trails totaling just under 57 km in length.
The center is equipped with man-made snow makers. If there isn’t enough snow cover, 7 snow
cannons and 11 bars provide snow cover on 90% of trails. The center features its own active Ski
Patrol, whose job is to protect unruly skiers and snowboarders from off-trail skiing, especially in
the 1st zone of KRNAP. For the center, eight employees have been trained with the in KRNAP
administration with the title of conservationist. These employees are authorized to issue block
citations of up to CZK 1,000. The Ski Patrol began due to KRNAP administration, which made its
creation a condition for allowing reasonable snowboarders onto Lysá Mountain. Providing
snowboarders with permission here for an indefinite period depends on their behavior and that
of the skiers as well.
The center offers other services that are available either right in the center or within close
proximity. There are ski equipment rental shops and service centers, restaurants, fast food
stands, ski lessons, paragliding, mountain service, Ski Bus.
Parking is provided at three central parking lots. Two of them bring skiers close by to the Ski Bus
area.

At the ticket offices, it is possible to pay cash or by credit card. There is a CZK 100 deposit on
chip cards.
This five-star center is a member of SKIREGION CZ. A one-day lift ticket may be used in the
centers Studenov and Modrá Hvězda – in the pricelist labeled R. Bodové and multi-day lift
tickets (2-7 days), it is valid at all members of SKIREGION CZ – in the pricelist labeled SR.

Ski center Studenov
Ski Center Studenov spreads out over an elevation of 620 to
933 above-sea-level. It is accessible from the center Rokytnice
nad Jizerou, and is mainly popular amongst families with
children and snowboarders for its gentle and relatively wide slopes. The Blue and Red trails are
for beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers alike. Slopes in a total length of 3.5 km
(detailed description of trails found on the information board) are groomed daily by Kässbohrer
snow grooming vehicles. Two anchor lifts, poma lift and children’s lift support a total capacity of
2,345 persons/hour (detailed description of trails found on the information board). At the last
terminal LV 1000 A10 and H 210 A11, it is possible to link up to the cross-country trail called
“Krkonošská magistrála”. The company Spartak Rokytnice a.s. maintains the cross-country trail,

The ski center at Modré Hvězdy – Bahýnka is found in close proximity to
the square in Horní Rokytnice nad Jizerou, around 100 m from the last bus
stop.
The profile and width of its slope is mainly suitable for beginners in skiing and snowboarding,
families with children and for ski lessons.
