The internationally known contemporary Spanish style restaurant has
opened its first US location in Naples.

opening in Naples in recent months

And now, smack on U.S. 41 in what
used to be an office building, comes
yet another beauty on which no expense has been spared: Lamoraga, a
contemporary Spanish tapas restaurant that opened in mid-April.
With its soaring ceiling draped in undulating canopies of wooden strips, huge
windows, glossy white tables with
gleaming silver stands, it makes a
statement as soon as you walk in. So
does the expansive open kitchen surrounded on three sides by a tapas bar
at which you can sit in wide, deeply upholstered chairs and watch the able
culinary team do its stuff.
The food is as showy as the space and
tastes at least as good as it looks.
Lamoraga comes to us via Spain, with
branches in Dubai and Barcelona and
more planned for Madrid, Frankfurt and
Budapest. That places the rather diminutive city of Naples among some rather
heavy hitters, but I believe it’s a location that’s going to prove highly successful.”

Envirostruct recently completed a 60,000 sqft. renovation to the old Robb & Stucky
building in North Bay plaza in Bonita Springs. The new reconfigured office space
has 40 new executive offices, 18 conference rooms, 250 work stations, 5 training
centers, & a full service cafeteria. The aggressive 2 month completion schedule
was achieved by working double shifts and weekends.
EnviroStruct, LLC had the opportunity to build-out the Hertz temporary offices in Bonita Springs, Florida. This was the old Robb and
Stucky building.

the Hertz Corporation including
starting a Rent-A-Center at the
West Palm Beach Airport.
McGregor Veterinary Clinic
Construction is underway
on the brand new 40,000
sqft. Dealership on a 6 acre
site located at :
10050 Daniels Interstate Ct.
This will be one of Audi’s
first new design to be
showcased in Florida.
Close to completion:

consists of multiple lab
rooms, a surgical area,
large and small kennels,
an inside dog play area
with a “VIP” animal area.

a square footage totaling
21,045. Additions will be
made to both buildings
consisting of one story
additions to the River
Club building and a two
story addition to the Fitness Center. The two
buildings are being constructed simultaneously.

Goodlette Arms Apartments is a
senior living community in Naples FL that offers Independent Living. EnviroStruct will be
building a clubhouse and renovating a existing Administrative area which totals approximately 6000 square feet.

Bonita Springs, FL (June 23, 2014) – EnviroStruct
LLC, recently selected as one of Business Observers Top
50 contractors from Tampa to Marco Island, is expanding
it’s business in the Bonita
Springs region with the help of the Bonita Springs Estero
Economic Development Council (BSEEDC).
By providing advocacy assistance, the Bonita Springs Estero EDC helped EnviroStruct LLC
move into new offices by saving them over $15,000, or approximately 51%, in impact fees. The
company is moving into larger permanent facilities located at 26711 Dublin Woods Circle this
month.
Christine Ross, Executive Director of the Bonita Springs Estero EDC said, “I’m pleased to know
that EnviroStruct LLC is going to be able to continue to grow their business in Bonita Springs’
business friendly environment. It is the EDC’s goal to help businesses like this get up-andrunning as efficiently as possible because the sooner they do, the sooner they make a positive
impact on our local economy.”
Although the City of Bonita Springs decided to waive impact fees on existing buildings in 2011,
the space selected by EnviroStruct LLC was left as a “shell building” in 2006 following the
great recession, and no impact fees were ever paid. This resulted in a large unexpected cost.
President of EnviroStruct LLC, Neil W. Simon stated, “Prior to purchasing this space, we resided
in a small headquarters in Bonita for 3 years. The City’s team approach to projects and constant
efforts to work with clients made our decision pretty easy when it came to locking down our
permanent office.”
Vice President of EnviroStruct LLC, Stephen McKenna, Jr. added, “We’re extremely grateful for
the assistance we received from the EDC and the City of Bonita. They are true partners and
always go above and beyond.”
EnviroStruct LLC recently completed renovations for the Hertz temporary office space in the
old Robb & Stucky building in North Bay Plaza, Bonita Springs. Other current projects in the
region include new construction on the Audi dealership in Fort Myers, a renovation and
expansion project on the Pelican Sound River Club in Estero, and the completion of Lamoraga
Restaurant in Naples.
