and New Resident Inspection Agreement. Please take a moment this week to complete
your Agreement Checklist and return it to the Management Office. We’re located on the
2nd floor and are open Monday-Friday from 9AM - 6PM. After business hours, you’re
welcome to use the Management Mailbox located in the lobby.

You’ll also find a gift certificate to Ranalli’s, one of our favorite neighborhood restaurants.

Rent is due on the first of the month and is payable by check or online. Cash is not accepted.
When paying with a check, please be sure to include your apartment number on the memo line.
If you are dropping your check in the management mailbox, no envelope is necessary.
When paying online, the most efficient and cost-effective method is to set up recurring e-checks through
RentPayment.com. The site also accepts credit/debit card payments, but these incur a large processing fee.

Please be sure to include in your message:
· A detailed description of the request, and its location in your apartment.
“Two lightbulbs are burnt out in my apartment. One is above the vanity in the master bathroom.
The other is an overhead light in the kitchen.”
· Your written Permission to Enter (PTE), which allows our maintenance staff to enter your apartment
to complete the work if you’re not home.
“Maintenance has permission to enter at anytime.”

Our Concierge plans all resident events and advertises them via email, print signage, and social media.

Occasionally, Gmail will filter our messages to the Promotions tab of your inbox. If you find this to be the case,
simply drag the message to your Primary tab and click "yes" at the top of the screen. This will properly direct all
future messages sent by that address.
The Eugenie Terrace Sky Lounge is located on the 44th floor and available to rent for private events.
The cost to reserve the space is $500 for up to four hours (plus a $500 deposit), and reservations can only be
made by current Eugenie Terrace residents. All gatherings of 10 or more people are considered a private event
and must be reserved accordingly. To view availability, please visit EugenieResidents.com/skylounge.
A laundry card is required to operate the Eugenie Terrace washers and dryers. Laundry cards can be purchased
for $5 from the kiosk located at the entrance of the Laundry Room (please use a $5 bill or credit card when
purchasing your card, as the kiosk is unable to dispense change.) Once you have purchased your card, please
re-insert it to add funds to your account. The cost to wash or dry is $1.25/load.
