Christmas Celebrations
11th December, 2015
Every year the month of December brings with it the festive mood of Christmas and the
forthcoming New Year. It is a period of joy, happiness and merrymaking. It is the time of the
year when the whole world comes together to celebrate new hopes, wishes and aspirations.
Soaked in the spirit of Christmas, the tiny tots of Nursery and Class II celebrated the festival
with fervour and joy. The venue was drenched in a mood of festivity. The stage was brightly
decorated with the beautiful Christmas tree, snowman and gifts around it. Children spoke
flawlessly about the significance of this very special festival. The echo of melodious carols and
the manger scene showcased the true spirit of Christmas. The spirit of joy and sharing
dominated the spirits of everyone who watched the show and danced along with Santa Claus.
The assembly ended with a beautiful thought for the day:
"When you do good, you feel good and when you feel good, you get joy and when you get joy, it
might inspire others to do the same".

3rd December, 2015
Inclusion Matters to Exclude Disability
“I am conscious of a soul-sense that lifts me above the narrow, cramping circumstances of my

the struggle to overcome her disabilities.
In an attempt to promote an understanding of disability issues and to create an outlook of
understanding and empathy, the students of Delhi Public School, Hyderabad observed 3rd

We extend our heartfelt Congratulations to these ‘Sports Stars’ and pray they bring
many more accolades.
Before we sign off for this month, we wish all our readers a very Happy Sankranthi, a festival
which is the culmination of the yearlong efforts of the farmers. We also humbly request you to
spare a thought for the humble farmer who grows the food we eat. Include him in your prayers
as you wish for a Happy and Prosperous 2016.
