Foeger Ballroom
Garden Valley Pond
The Foeger Ballroom, located in the new Hotel Jay, is a standard ballroom
space that can be set up and decorated in any style to coordinate with
your wedding plans. This larger space can be split into 3 smaller, but
generously sized, rooms for weddings large and small. The Hotel Jay
Conference Center offers several other indoor and outdoor spaces,
including a large outdoor terrace, that can be used with the Foeger
Ballroom to create a seamless transition from ceremony to cocktail
hour to reception.

The Haynes
Named after one of Jay Peak’s founding fathers, The Haynes Room, located
in the new Hotel Jay, can accommodate small or large weddings. For
larger weddings, it’s the perfect spot for a pre-event cocktail reception
and has access to an outdoor terrace with sweeping valley views of the
Northeast Kingdom and neighboring Canada.

The International Room
This site is perfect for your romantic outdoor ceremony featuring a
beautifully landscaped arbor overlooking the pond and spectacular
mountain views .

Enjoy a ride on Vermont’s only aerial Tram to Jay Peak’s summit. This is a
true Vermont experience with breathtaking views for miles. Cost of Tram
tickets is included.

Tram Haus Lodge Terrace
Adjacent to Alice’s Table and Tower Bar, this space transitions easily from
ceremony site to gathering area for cocktails and light snacks before the
reception gets underway. Newlyweds and guests can also fill down time
between the ceremony and reception with a Tram ride to the summit.

Hotel Jay Terrace
Located in the Austria Haus (adjacent to the Tramside Base Lodge), the
newly renovated International Room has long been a favorite for local and
destination weddings. This simple, open space can be decorated to reflect
your wedding style.

Rental Fee: $2,500
Located in the new Hotel Jay, the Terrace is accessible through The Haynes
Conference room, and is available for private receptions, pre or post wedding
get togethers or as an intimate setting to kick back and enjoy the broad
valley views of the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont and neighboring Canada.

The Clubhouse Tent
The Clubhouse Barn
Available spring, summer and fall, the new Clubhouse Tent, complete
with flooring throughout and a wood dance floor includes windows and
removable walls for the perfect outdoor wedding.

Rental Fee: $2,300
Our brand new ceremony barn sits right on the golf course with spectacular
valley views for photos after your ceremony. Post and beam construction and
wide open side doors offer a rustic feel for an almost outdoor ceremony.
Available June through September.

Alice’s Table
Alice’s Table, located in the Tram Haus Lodge, is named after Alice Lewis
who worked at Jay Peak when the mountain was first founded (1956-1968).
It is the resort’s boutique restaurant featuring handmade, reclaimed wood
tables and unparalleled mountain views.
Capacity: 120 people • Capacity with dance floor: 80 people

The Clubhouse Grille
Located in the Clubhouse, this restaurant is an elegant indoor space that
extends outdoors onto a large terrace featuring a stone fire pit that will
make cool (and-not-so-cool) nights cozier. The restaurant overlooks the
18-hole of our Championship Golf Course and offers breathtaking views
summer or winter.

Rehearsal Dinner
We can accommodate any size dinner in several locations. From Alice’s
Table, the Clubhouse Grille or the Foundry to a private function in the new
event space in Hotel Jay, your rehearsal dinner will be as laid back or as
formal as you have always pictured it. Whatever your budget may be, we
can help you host the perfect dinner.
Brunch
Take advantage of our delicious ever changing brunch the morning after
your wedding day. We offer menus as simple as a continental breakfast, to
a plated, or a sumptuous buffet that can be held in a private setting or in
one of our restaurants. This is the perfect ending for your wedding.
