At The Throckmorton Sally, Dave and the team strive to deliver the very best in
service, quality of food and drink whilst still offering excellent value for money.
We work closely with our local suppliers to bring you the freshest, seasonal
produce from surrounding farms and producers. Our menu is put together to
reflect the seasons and our ‘Chef’s Recommendations’ are changed on a daily
basis highlighting the very best produce available to us.

Sally and Dave, we have been running successful pubs and restaurants for
many years. Both fully trained chefs and front of house managers, we work
closely with our suppliers and team to ensure you get a great experience.
Our chefs and kitchen team, headed up by head chef Simon and supported by
sous chefs Beckie & Becky, chefs Chris, Kieron, Trev, Eddie and kitchen team
Iona, Trina, Przemyslaw, Rachael and Jenny. Between the team there is a
wealth of experience, skill and enthusiasm. Their dedication and passion
means you will love the results on the plate.
Our front of house team, headed up by our manager Lottie and supervisors
Fran, Lucy, Dan & Sophie, includes Becky, Tracy, Clare, Elly, Jess, Jordan, Gaby,
Rowan, & Ellinor we think we have picked a great team to look after you!
Our housekeeping team, don’t forget the unsung heroes, Trina, Loredana,
Karly and Przemyslaw support us by keeping the whole place gleaming.
OUR SUPPLIERS
All of our suppliers are focussed on quality, consistency and reducing food
miles by sourcing locally. The products that we don’t make in our kitchen such
as our pies, and faggots, ice cream and breads are all made (mostly by hand) by
our local producers such as John Williams butchers, A W Lashfords, Fladbury
butcher, Drinkwaters Farm, Kingfisher fish merchants in Birmingham, Bennetts
ice cream in Worcester and Le Petit Croissant bakery at Lower Clopton.
