In addition to individual volunteer jobs, the club will also plan one large group public service event each quarter. On April 22, the Volunteer Leadership Group partnered with the Surfrider Foundation for a beach clean up in honor of Earth Day. WAPADH had 31 participants join other volunteers to help clean up Bolsa Chica State Beach. It was a great chance for everyone to take a break from their regular routines, socialize with friends, and help clean up the environment.
