MINIMUM ORDERS: $50
FREIGHT: $500 PREPAID in the contiguous United States (Except oversize, speakers, enclosures, spool wire)
TERMS: We accept credit cards, money orders and company checks. All orders that are COD must have prior
approval if paying by company check. To be considered for company check, we require a credit application filled
out and faxed to us. This application can be found on our website.

SHIPPING: We ship via UPS, FEDEX, & COMMON CARRIER
BACKORDERS: We try our best not to have backorders but occasionally this happens. We hold backorders for 30
days. Backorders for less than $15.00 will be cancelled. Please reorder.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: Please inspect your shipment within 24 hours of its arrival. If damages occur, YOU must
place your claim with the carrier directly. We will offer any assistance you may need, but we cannot make the
claims for you.
RETURNS: No merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. Call us for an RA# at 877-935-6366.
Merchandise returned other than for replacement for defects may be assessed a 15% restocking charge.
WARRANTY: We offer a 30 day warranty from the original shipping date. HID systems are warranted for a period
of one year. On many items the manufacturers warranty will apply. Warranties are void if any product is abused,
misused or damaged in any way. Broken bulbs or glass are not covered in any event.
LIMITATION of WARRANTY: Street-FX or its affiliates shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages
arising from the installation or use of any product we supply. Street-FX and its affiliates shall not be held
responsible for “loss of profit”, loss of use of goods or any associated items or cost of substitute products. This
limitation applies whether such claim arises from warranty, negligence, design of product, manufacture of product
or sale of product.
PRICING: Because of present world situations, all prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
We are not responsible for typographical errors. In some cases, product images may only be a representation of
the item.
