Each piece is hand wrought using an oxygen/acetylene torch to braze-weld the joints. They are hand
forged with various hammers and grinding tools to shape and texture the pieces. The spoon and fork
faces (masks) are heated to red hot, which leaves the copper with a reddish patina. After each piece
is formed into its final shape, the bronze is polished to a high sheen on a high speed buffing wheel,
then they are signed and dated by the artists. The utensils are safe to use with food. They should be
hand washed with a mild detergent and dried with a soft cloth. The occasional use of an all purpose
