Refresh your approach to meetings.
Refresh your approach to meetings.
No glaring city lights, no noisy traffic.
How refreshing.
Over the years the resort has made upgrades to provide every convenience
and comfort you expect, yet the property remains true to its rich history.
Choose from our one-of-a-kind accommodations. Every room offers
tranquil views of Basin Harbor, Lake Champlain and the Adirondack
Mountains, our golf course, gardens and/or lush lawns.
Over 130 Years of Vermont Hospitality
MAIN LODGE:
The 1800’s farmhouse is the original boarding house for the summer guests.
The Lodge has 12 guest rooms and 2 suites as well as the Main Dining
Room, front desk, concierge and gift shop. Two levels of porch provide
stunning views of the harbor and Palisade Cliffs.
After you touch down on our airstrip or head your car down Basin Harbor Road, your shoulders
relax and you instinctively take a slow, deep breath of clear Vermont air.
HARBOR HOMESTEAD:
Built in 1792, the oldest operating inn on Lake Champlain played host to
the steamships of old including the Ticonderoga. Today it offers 14 guest
rooms, 2 suites and a wraparound porch overlooking the lake.
With 700 expansive acres of beautiful forest, rolling lawns, golf fairways, a welcoming Lodge, and
lakefront cottages, Basin Harbor Club & Resort provides a fresh approach to executive retreats,
team building quests, and other sales or social outings. Our environs exude a sense of active
tranquility, allowing you to be truly present and engaged while feeling calm and at ease. Here,
your group can unplug from modern-day stressors to unwind and recharge at our historic, familyowned resort on the picturesque shores of Lake Champlain.
COTTAGES:
With no two alike, our delightful cottages feel like your own lakeside
vacation home. Cottages range in size from studios to 3-bedroom units.
When you enjoy our notorious personal attention in addition to comfortable, distinctive
accommodations; exceptional, farm-to-table cuisine; countless recreational activities; and, exciting
variety of indoor and outdoor event space, you will believe that Basin Harbor Club & Resort has
become your group’s private lakefront hideaway.
Please call us at 888.339.8074 to arrange a visit and solidify your future meeting plans.
Sincerely,
Sarah Morris, Fifth Generation Host, Director of Sales

Every meeting comes with 435 square miles
of fresh, sparkling water.
The Beach family started farm-to-table dining more than 130 years ago.
Whether you are enjoying a Beach Bonfire (1), a traditional New England Clam Bake on the North Dock (2),
a Cocktail Cruise (3), or an after-party at the Red Mill (4), culinary perfection is on every artful menu. From the local goat cheese
and creamy maple dressing in our fresh salads with Dakin Farm Bacon and the Basin Harbor Red Chair Ale used in our recipes,
we thoughtfully and abundantly source ingredients from neighboring Vermont farms and orchards.
When your attendees are ready for team building, friendly competition, or
casual recreation, our staff will tap our natural Vermont resources to create
customized experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Further distinguishing us from other properties, we treat Basin Harbor guests as though they are at our private Beach family dining table.
What better way is there to give your group a genuine taste (and delicious aroma) of the Green Mountain State?
Be sure to explore Lake Champlain by boat, go for a mountainous trek, or
host a Wine & Wickets croquet tournament. Of course, our scenic, 18-hole
golf course and tennis courts set the stage for socializing and fun activity
regardless of athletic ability.
SAMPLE MENU
Off property, your group can easily visit local landmarks like Shelburne
Museum, Lincoln Peak Vineyard, and Middlebury College. We will
happily share additional sojourns you can take.

Our guests say it best…
Thank you very much for your warm hospitality and hard work
accommodating all of us. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and I
only heard rave reviews about the day. For me, it was mission accomplished
— giving our employees a day for them, about them, relaxing, having fun,
and enjoying good food. You helped me succeed beyond my expectations.
