Select six large red peppers,
cut off the green stalk end and
remove all seeds. Then fill the
peppers with the prepared
Kofta meat, if necessary leave
in chill to firm. Once fully
chilled cut into slices about
½˝ thickness, then secure two
slices of peppers on a Teppo
Gushi Skewer.

meat simply form 4oz (114g)
portions then press into
