Orara Valley Estate is an exclusive luxury holiday house and boutique-wedding venue set on 60
acres of secluded landscaped gardens, stunning panoramic views and sub-tropical rainforest.
Whatever the vision you’ve imagined for your wedding day, Orara Valley Estate provides the most
romantic and unique venue you could dream of. Say your vows under our Tuscan style gazebo, on
our extensive manicured lawns, overlooking the resort-style pool or on the terraced orchard. The
grounds are perfect for large marquees which can be arranged upon request.
Offering a number of different and unique wedding settings, Orara Valley Estate caters for:
• Cocktail parties
• Sit down weddings
• Under the stars parties
• Marquee events
• Private and intimate celebrations for your closest friends and family
Our greatest wish is that you and your guests have a magnificent wedding experience in luxury and
privacy.
COSTS
All weddings include:
• A minimum 4 nights’ accommodation (seasonal rates – available on application)
• Total exclusivity of the whole estate
• Mid week 3 nights minimum stay.
There is an additional function fee which covers:
• Public liability for all guests
• Removal of usual estate furniture
• Any reasonable additional cleaning and rubbish removal
Function fees
Less than 20 guests - $500
31 – 55 guests - $1000
55 – 75 guests -
$1200
75 – 140 guests - $1500
Plus, there is a non-refundable deposit→ $1500
Any additional costs are dependent on your selections
NORTH COAST LUXURY WEDDINGS SERVICE
North Coast Luxury Weddings are pleased to provide our services to couples having their wedding
at Orara Valley Estate. Our services include:
Full Wedding Planning Services:
• Initial consultation to determine the size and style of your wedding
• Unlimited consultation hours by phone, email and face-to-face, regarding all aspects that
will make your wedding unforgettable
• Recommendation of suppliers who best reflect your style, theme and budget
• Gathering of quotes and price negotiation with suppliers on your behalf
• Full management of all suppliers once confirmed
• Creation of a wedding day timeline outlining details of when suppliers are arriving and order
of events
• NCLW will manage the payments of the suppliers we have organised, allowing you to only
pay one bill
Wedding Day Management
• Attendance at the wedding rehearsal the day before the wedding
• Management and confirmation of suppliers
• Management on the day for the smooth running of the ceremony and reception
• Supervise seating allocation of guests and collection of gifts
• Ensure that all the ceremony and reception venues are set up and decorated to the
couple's expectations
• NCLW will act as your personal assistant on your day to address concerns and find solutions
to challenges
These services are provided to all Orara Valley Estate weddings at a cost of $1,500. (Usually $3,000)

Upon confirming your wedding at Orara Valley Estate, we provide a recommendation of suppliers
that will help you create the wedding you envisage.
North Coast Luxury Weddings can provide all pricing information and liaise with the suppliers on
your behalf. These include but are not limited to:
• Celebrant
• Hire companies
• Wedding stylist
• Photographer
• Videographer
• Florists
• Cake
• Hair and makeup artists
• Entertainment
• Stationary
• Guest accommodation
• Photo booths
• Lemonade Bars
• Lawn games
• Pyrotechnics
• Guest transport
• Helicopter transfers
• Spa Treatments
• Pre and post wedding events

Orara Valley Estate and North Coast Luxury Weddings aim to reduce the restrictions, allowing you
to create the wedding of your dreams. However, there are some terms and conditions to keep in
mind:
Maximum 15 guests staying in-house
All weddings must conclude by 11.30pm
Parking is limited to in-house guests and wedding vendors only (transport will be arranged)
During weddings, the house is not accessible to guests, except for those staying in-house
Additional toileting must be hired
Empty bottles from wedding must be removed (we can arrange this service)
Designated wedding coordinator must be used (North Coast Luxury Weddings)
Further terms and conditions will be provided upon booking
