PUERTO RICO: March 31, 2017-April 4, 2017 Approx. $2,320
Students will be head to Puerto Rico to explore the island, get to
know the culture and work at a local school. Prior to the trip, the students will plan several fundraisers to raise money to bring to this
school. This will allow us to begin to have our hearts broken for the
children in Puerto Rico and really seek God during the trip. Students
will also have opportunities to visit various areas of the island including San Juan, the capital, a national forest, a beach, snorkeling and a
canoe trip in Bioluminescent Bay. Students will also get to experience the culture through Puerto Rican food and for those who take
Spanish with me, practice the language in a real work setting. They
will also spend time in a devotional each day to ensure that our trip is
based on God's purpose for us being there and that we are open to
hear his words through the beauty of the island and the school children.
