Lunch Lunch will be on the road Dinner Cracker Barrel in Paducah Overnight Auburn Place Hotel Friday - Dec. 2 At 9:30 a.m. we will board the coach to visit the new Johnny Cash Museum. Lunch will be at the Wild Horse Saloon in downtown Nashville followed by a visit to the Country Music Hall of Fame. We will attend a Holiday show at 8:00 p.m. Saturday - Dec. 3 Thursday - Dec. 1 After breakfast at the hotel we will visit the Flood Wall in Paducah, KY, and then the National Quilt Museum. Then it’s off to Patti's 1880’s Settlement for a lunch you won’t forget. In late afternoon, we check in to the Opryland hotel and get settled for the next three nights. We will have a dinner and see the legendary Gatlin Brothers. Itinerary subject to change to adjust for circumstances After breakfast we visit ICE, the most beautiful, stroll-through ice carvings you can ever imagine. At 12:30 p.m. we will board our bus for a City Tour with Bobby Green the singer and song writer. Bobby is a Nashville native and he has many stories to share about downtown Nashville. We’ll see The Parthenon, Vanderbilt University, Music Row, the State Capitol, Ryman Auditorium, Fort Nashborough, and the American Pickers Store as seen on TV. We’ll enjoy dinner at the Cock of the Walk Restaurant for the best catfish and chicken that has ever crossed your lips. We will use ground-floor tickets for the 7:00 p.m. Grand Ole Opry show at the Ryman where the Country Music just oozes with nostalgia. Sunday - Dec. 4 We will set out early on our trek back to Iowa with visions of a Country Christmas dancing in our heads. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be brief stops along the way.
