Highest Score for the Month!
It is our mission as a hotel to satisfy every guest, every time, guaranteed!
We also have a couple key phrases we live by…… Shiny, Happy, People,
and we will be the easiest hotel in which to do business with! That
being said, the Better than the best challenge is to motivate our guest
services team to put their guest service skills to the test. A maximum of
100pts that can be earned per observation!!
Contest Rules:
1. The Assistant General Manager or Night Manager will observe each guest service
representative's/PBX/Bell person’s interaction with our guest randomly 10 times per
month during the check in/out process or via phone calls.
2. A score card will be completed during the observation and points will be added for total
points.
3. All score cards will be calculated by the Assistant General Manager and entered on the
score board.
4. The score board will reflect the total number of points per GSR and a cumulative
average.
5. At the end of the month the highest scoring GSR will be posted as "Better than the Best".
6. The 1st place winner will receive the Grand Prize each month!
**Any letters or guest assistance correspondence to the General Manager or Assistant
General Manager naming a front desk agent specifically will automatically count as a total
score of 50% and will count for one observation for the month.
