Vendor Enrollment Process

This is the Home page. To proceed with Bidding You have to register as
Bidder/Supplier first on HPCL E-Procurement website.
Click on Enrollment as shown below.
Click on Enrollment for Vendor
Registration
Fill up the form and
Click on Submit
Click on Submit
Click on Close
A Challenge Phrase will
be sent to your mail.
Collect that challenge
phrase from your mail
and proceed for further
Registration
Click on Login now
Enter the user id that
is created & Click on Login
Enter the password & Challenge
Phrase word that the user has collected
from the mail. Then click on Login
Click here to complete Registration.
Fill all the Details on Page 1 and Click on Save
Click here to
fill up the
second page
Fill up all the
Details and click on
Save
Click here to
Define Secret
Question.
Click on Save

Fill All the Details on
Page 2 and click on

Click here to define
Secret Question.
Enter the Secret
Question as well as
the Answer and
Save (Remember

Click on Update now

After saving all Registration Information, Click on Proceed.
Click on Exit
Now Your Registration is Pending for approval. After approval of your registration
from HPCL Vendor Administrator, Login again with your supplier Id and
Password.
DIGITAL CERTIFICATE
REGISTRATION
Click on
Login
Enter the user id
and Click on Login
This is Digital Certificate
Registration form. Click
on Register Certificate.
Select your Certificate and Click
on OK
Click here to Save details
for DSC Certificate
Registration.
This is a Confirmation
Message that Certificate is
Registered Successfully.
Certificate Registration is completed.
Click on Back.
Your supplier Registration is completed in all aspects.
Now you can start logging and Bidding with your registered Id and
Password.
Enter user Id and Click
on Login
Enter Password that you have
registered and then Click on
Login
Click on OK
