(Hotel has a limited number of fully adapted rooms and rooms with shower. If it not necessary please choose
rooms with the normal bath. The HOC will provide some chairs for the bath).
The Novotel Poznan Centrum is situated in the city center, 500 m from the train station, opposite the Old Brewery, near the Old
Town Square and the Poznan International Fair. The hotel has 480 air-conditioned rooms with free Internet access and satellite
TV. It also boasts fully equipped conference rooms and a restaurant serving regional and international dishes.

DIVISONS OF PLAY
Individuals: BC1, BC2, BC3, BC4
Pairs:
BC3, BC4 (depending on the amount of athletes applications)
However, if you are competing on pairs, it is possible that you might not enter all the athletes on the
individual events. The final decision about disciplines, and number of athletes after will be announced after
preliminary entries.
CLASSIFICATION: Bring your National (International) classification card.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF STAFF:
The staff ratio is 1:1.
Apart of this is allowed:
1 coach per Pair
1 Team leader
1 medical staff
Extra staff will be accepted for the additional charge.
INSURANCE AND MEDICAL SERVICES
Each team must attend the Event with their own medical and travel assurance to cover loss of
property, injures or medical treatment, travel disruption or luggage loss.

TRANSPORT: Arrivals and departures:
The HOC provide transport service from / to Poznan Airport only and from/to hotel venue.

If you choose option with “extra day” the HOC will be provided transport service apart of this dates too.
Transport from/to Warsaw airport or Berlin to Poznan possible to arrange – extra payment ,the price depends
on the numbers of people, separate negotiations required.
ENTRY FEE:
380 EURO ( competition fee, accommodation, all meals from dinner 06th October until breakfast 10th
October, local transport : hotel – venue; transport from / to airport Poznań )
Extra day per person 100 EURO (accommodation with breakfast, transport from/to airport Poznań)
Extra single rooms : additional charge of 70 EURO / day/room
(Teams with odd number of participants will not be charged with an extra fee for the single room)
Extra staff : regular fee 380 EURO and extra fee of 100 EURO will be charged
( total 480 EURO ).
DEADLINES:

First Entry deadline – intention to compete,
by number and category of athletes and staff
NO PAYMENT
Delegations not accomplishing the deadline will not receive any other relative information and
will take no part on the event.

The HOC will confirm for each delegation the final number of accepted players and staff,
and final decision about disciplines (pairs competition)
