Am Sonntag haben Manus Eltern ihm eine rote Regenjacke geschenkt.
"Mama, darf ich sie gleich anziehen?" fragte er.
"Nein, mein Liebling, der Regen kommt, aber jetzt ist der Himmel noch
ganz blau," antwortete sie.

Der Montag war hell und sonnig.
"Wird es HEUTE regnen, Mama?" fragte Manu.
"Nein, Manu, heute nicht . Wenn du deine Regenjacke anziehst, wirst du
komisch aussehen!" antwortete Mama.

Am Dienstag war der Himmel blau.
"Mama, WANN wird sich mein Traum erfüllen?" fragte Manu.
"Nicht heute, mein Liebling. Da ist nur eine einzige Wolke am Himmel!"
antwortete Mama.

Der Mittwoch war heiß.
"Mama, WARUM regnet es nicht?" fragte Manu.
"Sohn, ich glaube, es wird sehr bald regnen. Vielleicht sogar noch vor
dem Abend," antwortete Mama.

Am Donnerstag ist Manu zu einem Picknick gegangen.
"Mama, WAS, wenn es regnet? Soll ich meine Regenjacke mitnehmen?"
fragte Manu.
"Nein, mein Liebling, heute wird es nicht regnen. Die kleinen weißen
Wolken sind zu weit oben am Himmel," antwortete Mama.

Der Freitag war bewölkt.
"Mama, wird es heute regnen?" fragte Manu laut.
"Vielleicht, mein Liebling. Es sind einige dunkle Wolken ganz niedrig am
Himmel," antwortete Mama.

Der Samstag begann mit einem Knall!
RUUMMMS!
"Mama, war das ein Donner? Wird es gleich regnen?" fragte Manu.

Und dann, endlich, fing es an zu regnen!
"Juhu, es regnet, es regnet," sang Manu und rannte hinaus.

"Aber Manu," rief Mama und rann hinter ihm her, "du hast deine
Regenjacke vergessen!"
