ueenscorp hosted its grand
opening on October 22 for their
latest project Watermark, a 7
storey boutique condominium located in
the historic community of Long Branch
in south Etobicoke. The opening was a
huge success with crowds forming early in
the morning and filling the sales office all
weekend long.
“The
public
response
was
overwhelming” said Mark Bozzo,
Queenscorp’s President, “the energy and
enthusiasm for the project is encouraging
as it indicates we are building what people
desire for this community.” Watermark is
the latest mixed use development by the
Queenscorp Group, an award winning
firm dedicated to the redevelopment
of the Long Branch area. “We have a
history of building architecturally distinct
and vibrant landmark communities,
communities which later become the
standard for area redevelopment. We
are excited and honoured to play such a
pivotal role in the transformation and
revitalization of this area.” Queenscorp’s
latest residential developments in the
area include Stonewater and Saint Agnes’
Square; both have received prestigious
awards for their innovative urban design
and architectural merit.
Inspired by the timeless elements of
traditional architecture, Watermark will
boast antique red brick, limestone accents,
large cornice mouldings and an impressive
clock tower which will monument the
historic corner of Lake Shore Blvd. and
Long Branch Avenue.
Inside, residents will enjoy luxury hotel
inspired amenities including concierge
service, the Watermark Club Room
featuring large seating areas with couches,
chairs, wide-screen television and caterer’s
kitchenette/bar; a fitness centre equipped
with cardio and weight training equipment;
an outdoor lounge area located off the
ground floor with BBQ’s and dining areas;
and a dramatic roof top terrace which will
provide stunning views of Lake Ontario.
Watermark’s elegantly appointed suites
will feature an array of upgraded finishes
including dramatic 9 ft. ceilings, laminate
wood flooring in the living/dining room
and kitchen, a choice of granite or quartz
kitchen countertops, designer series
cabinetry including extended height upper
cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.
Large loft- style windows will enhance
the feeling of spaciousness while oversized
balconies and terraces will provide ample
private outdoor living space.
In an effort to develop a greener more
energy efficient environment, Watermark
will also feature an array of sustainable
living initiatives including an eco friendly
green roof, Energy Star® rated appliances,
high performance double glazed windows,
high efficiency fans, pumps and boilers,
low flow plumbing fixtures and an on site
recycling centre.
Surrounding Watermark, lush parklands
including Marie Curtis Park, Long Branch
Park and the scenic Waterfront Trail are all
within walking distance, while Sherway
Gardens, Dixie Outlet Mall and a host of
other shops are only a 5 minute drive.
The Long Branch GO Station and
the TTC Streetcar stop are located just
steps away, and Highway 427, QEW
and Gardiner Expressway are all easily
accessible by car.
Available suites range from 649 to 1,228
sq. ft. and start from $295,900. For more
