In its third year, OpenStack Silicon Valley features thought leadership keynotes from open source
infrastructure disruptors and IT leaders for Fortune 1000 enterprises on the edge of digital
transformation.
Software is fundamentally redefining how enterprises compete, and a diverse and vibrant ecosystem is
emerging to support this generational transformation. OpenStack Silicon Valley presents front-line use
cases from organizations who are changing processes to embrace devops and other agile methods,
using open cloud infrastructure to empower software developers.
The event format features keynotes and deep dives on the main stage, with sponsored breakouts that
go into specific solutions and technologies driving the agile revolution. Additionally, free Docker and
Kubernetes training will be provided onsite to a select group of students. OpenStack Silicon Valley is a

Free Docker and Kubernetes training will be provided onsite at OpenStack Silicon Valley. The course
will cover container basics, how to use Docker and Kubernetes, and how to map an app into
a distributed containerized system in production. Seating is limited; pre-registration is required

Sponsorship add-ons
Enhance your brand visibility at OpenStack Silicon Valley with the following add-on sponsorships,
available to any Headline, Event or Community sponsor unless otherwise noted.
Coffee
Coffee sponsors will have their brand displayed on signage at each table where coffee breaks are
served. There will be two coffee breaks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
There are two Coffee sponsorship add-ons at $2,500 each.
Lunch
The Lunch sponsor will have their brand displayed on signage at each table where lunch is served as
well as on signage where menus are displayed.
There are two Lunch sponsorship add-ons, one for each day, at $2,500 each.
Lanyard
The Lanyard sponsor will have their brand printed on the lanyards given to each attendee holding their
name badge.
There is one Lanyard sponsorship add-on at $10,000 each, and headline sponsors have right of first
refusal first come, first served.
Reception
The Reception sponsor will receive additional brand visibility via signage at the cocktail reception,
scheduled for the first night of the conference. Your logo also will appear on the event website page
promoting the evening event.

refusal first come, first served.
General Session Chair Drop
Provide one piece of literature to be placed on each chair in the General Session each morning.
There are two Chair Drop sponsorship add-ons, one for each day, at $3,500 each.
Exhibit Space for Community Sponsors
A limited number of Community sponsors can add exhibit space, including a 30” cocktail round table,
power and Wi-Fi. for $4,000. Monitor and lead retrieval are available separately.
theCUBE Sponsorship
Once again, theCUBE will broadcast live from OpenStack Silicon Valley. Sponsorships of their broadcast
are available to all sponsors of the event.
