(8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened 36 OREO Cookies (regular size), finely crushed 16 oz. vanilla candy wafers or melts, melted 48 Mini OREO Bite Size Cookies Decorations: decorating icing or gel; multicolored sprinkles DIRECTIONS: 1. Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended 2. Shape into 1in. balls and freeze for 20 minutes 3. Using a fork dip cookie balls into melted coating and place on wax paper 4. Decorate with mini oreos and decorating gel 5. Freeze for an hour or until firm BERGMANAGEMENT Materials: 2 corks, twigs (neck, antlers, legs, tail), pompoms for nose, *optional tiny bells and string to accessorize their necks Tools: Clippers, bottle opener, exacto knife, glue gun Start the holes in the corks with the bottle opener and dig out with the exacto knife. It’s a good thing to place the cork on the table instead of in your hand so if you poke through you don’t cut yourself through too! You can use one hole each for the antlers and pairs of legs, or keep them apart instead. Give each reindeer his or her own little personality.
