Lacanche range cookers boast an extraordinary heritage.
They take their name from the village of Lacanche, situated
deep in the heart of the Burgundian countryside in France.
A foundry was established here over 200 years ago, and
since 1795 range cookers have been manufactured there
by hand for discerning customers throughout the world.
Lacanche range cookers offer phenomenal, truly professional

CHOOSE YOUR LACANCHE
With Lacanche you can choose between the classic or
contemporary Moderne range cookers. They are identical,
still bespoke, made to order by hand in the Lacanche
factory Burgundy; the same heavily engineered build
quality for which Lacanche is famous for.
LACANCHE INDUCTION
An induction cooker is faster and more energy-efficient
that a traditional electric cooking surface. It allows
instant control of the cooking energy similar to a
gas burner. As you would expect from Lacanche,
our induction is extremely powerful with impressive
performance. In tests, the standard ring can bring
to the boil 1-litre of water in 2 minutes 20 seconds.
Lacanche induction not only offers fast heating-up
times but very precise temperature control. Making
it ideal for simmering, steaming, or cooking a
delicate sauce or even melting chocolate.
LACANCHE OVENS
100% genuine professional ovens offer outstanding power
and control. Each oven is thermostatically controlled and
are also equipped with a grill.
Static Electric with Grill: Thermostatically controlled with
natural heat zones and independently controlled grill. A
versatile oven well suited to baking with a large powerful
grill (for closed door grilling).
Convection (fan) Electric with Grill: A powerful fan means
faster cooking, minimal transfer of smells & tastes, with
independently controlled grill. A versatile general purpose
oven, with a wide temperature range fast heating and a
large, powerful grill (for closed door grilling).
Dual Function oven: This oven boasts all the advantages
of the convection oven with the ability to switch over to
a static electric oven, both with independently controlled
grills. An extremely versatile general purpose oven, with
a wide temperature range, dual function and a powerful
grill (for closed door grilling).
