Our Vineyard View ceremony and reception venue is the newest addition to Wiens Family Cellars.
The wedding arbor backs right up to our vineyard so you can literally get married “in the vines.”

Mountain View Amphitheater & Patio
The wedding amphitheater is a beautiful backdrop for your wedding ceremony. The rustic arbor
looks whimsical when decorated with fabric and flowers. Just beyond the arbor are stunning views
of the mountains.
Our outdoor patio overlooking our grounds is a beautiful venue for an outdoor reception or appetizer
hour. As the sun sets over the vineyards, the patio is great for a casual occasion or can be dressed
up for something ultra-posh.

The perimeter of our functioning Cellar Room is lined with French and American oak barrels along

Our Winemaker & Chef
Winemaker Doug Wiens
Doug Wiens was born and raised in Southern California. He studied horticulture at Colorado State
University, continuing with graduate work in Agriculture and Business Administration at Cal Poly and
Golden Gate University. Doug’s professional career includes 20 years in production, quality
assurance, and information services for food & beverage companies including Del Monte Foods, Seneca
Foods, and E&J Gallo Winery.
Doug says the family mission is “To make the highest quality wine and provide it at a reasonable price. The
winery seal contains the words Quality, Family, and Integrity. We stand firmly by those three words as our
guiding principles.”
“We have a large and tightly-knit family with a broad range of talents, all contributing to the
success of our business,” says Doug. “We enjoy the company of friends, good food, and fine wines. We
built the winery to be oriented around a relaxed, friendly, and rural lifestyle. Our goal is to create a place
where people feel right at home - part of our family.”
Chef Volker Lutz
Born in Stuttgart, Germany, Chef Volker Lutz has always had a desire for travel, food, and wine.
Having spent a good portion of his life globe trotting and sampling fare around the world, Chef Volker
understands the multitude of international cuisines. He has a special talent of fusing these
together to create the beautiful food Wiens Family Cellars has to offer. This keen knowledge of
food and wine allows him to masterfully create the best dishes suited perfectly to our handcrafted
wine. Chef Volker also believes in carefully sourcing his ingredients for a healthy way of being. “I
understand what the Earth gives us, and using fresh, local, and organic is very important to me. It goes
back to the basics and the way things used to be.”

Bar Options
Cash Bar - Guests purchase wine, beer, and other refreshments by the glass. $150 Set up fee.
Hosted Bar - The host places a limit on the bar. Once bill reaches the predetermined cap, it transitions to
a Cash Bar for guests. $500 bar minimum.
All Inclusive Bar - A per guest fee is charged and beverages are unlimited throughout the event.
Adults - Options include 4 wines, 4 beers, and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages. $25 per guest
Children - Options include 4 sodas, sparkling cider, and Shirley Temples. $12 per guest
Wines by the Case - Wiens wines may be purchased by the case and served to your guests at the event.
No corkage fee. Labels may be customized for an additional per case fee.
