n, 10 February 2016, DP students conducted a CAS assembly. The purpose of this assembly
was to brief the school about our 2 years experience in CAS. The assembly mainly focused
on the 3 strands of CAS i.e. Creativity, Action and Service. We planned to showcase our
complete work of CAS by presenting the evidences in the form of presentation. We informed others
about the CAS learning outcomes and its importance in Diploma Program. We also talked about
the CAS projects that we did, for example Ramadan Food Packet Distribution, Renault’s road safety
project and visit to SOS village. At last we shared the procedure that we use for uploading our CAS
evidence on ‘managebac’. It is a software where students can upload the different subject components of DP. The Assembly was done in a very presentable way and ensured that everyone should
get specific idea of CAS.

earning in an IB school is viewed as a continuous journey and
assessments provide an opportunity to gauge student’s learning, what students know and can do at next level. Reporting
at EPS is one of the most important aspect of assessments .After
completion of academic session 2015 parents were informed about
their child’s progress throughout the year through final reporting by
organizing a parent teacher meeting on Friday, 25 March 2016 .
This end of the year meeting was yet another opportunity for parents and teachers to discuss student progress, reflect on previous
year learnings’ and set new goals for their children.
Happy faces of both parents and students brimming with excitement were seen on this day as students were ready to take up the
next level of their learning.
After the completion of this successful session of 2015 EPS is off to a flying start for the next academic year 2016 with much vigor
and enthusiasm on 30 March 2016.
