We took no short cuts with our short-stroke piston system. What sets LWRCI™ apart is the foundation
upon which our firearms are built: our patented self-regulating short-stroke piston system. It
eliminates the venting of hot gases into the receiver and bolt carrier group, improving performance and
eliminating the cleaning regime associated with direct impingement rifles. And we’re not new to the
piston game. In fact, our system has perfected the game and raised the bar on reliability and ease of
maintenance while establishing the highest level of piston performance.

Our advanced piston system parts are machined from materials that belong in the Superalloy family;
these materials are most often used in aerospace where materials must withstand extremely high
temperatures without losing their strength or becoming fatigued.

HIGH-PRESSURE. HIGH QUALITY. LWRCI™ manufactures its own cold hammer-forged
barrels out of 41V45 steel alloy treated with NiCorr™ surface conversion technology. The cold hammerforging process uses high-pressure rotary hammers to compact a gun-drilled barrel blank over a
mandrel. This process forms perfect rifling devoid of tool marks and results in a completed barrel that
is stronger and denser than any other process. LWRCI™ barrels stand up better than standard barrels
to extreme use, meaning the user sees a lower loss in accuracy and velocity as the barrel is used.
NiCorr™ surface conversion is more lubricious, harder wearing, and more heat and corrosion resistant
than hard chrome.

We pulled the trigger on durability. The patented nickel-alloy coating used on our bolt carriers, barrel
extensions, and fire control groups provides protection from the most extreme environments. These
coatings create a greaseless, permanently lubricious surface that’s harder than the substrate itself,
and, unlike chrome plating, conventional coatings, and applied lubricants, it never rubs off, thins out,
or attracts debris.
EXCELLENCE FROM START TO FINISH. In addition to our standard hard-coat black
anodized finish, LWRCI™ offers Cerakote finishes applied in-house by factory-trained experts. This
ceramic-based thermoset epoxy finish is extremely durable and abrasion resistant. LWRCI™ Standard
offerings are Flat Dark Earth (FDE), Patriot Brown (PBC) and Olive Drab Green (ODG).

Clearly a step up—all IC rifles are built on the patented LWRCI™ short-stroke piston system and come with a fullyambidextrous lower receiver. Dual controls for the bolt catch and release, the magazine release, and the fire control selection
ensure ultimate effectiveness for all shooters. Our ambi controls allow shooters to manipulate the IC effectively no matter
how the rifle is held, making offhand maneuvers easy when accommodating for barriers or injury.
Our dual-control lower receiver with its dramatically improved functionality is compatible with all legacy AR-15 pattern
upper receivers. The Monoforge™ upper receiver is machined with our own integrated rail base that is lighter and stronger
than our former two-piece designs. The rail system is easily configurable with rail segments, and our optional full quad rail
installation is quick and simple to swap out using the ten retaining screws. The IC monoforged upper receiver eliminates the
standard barrel nut; the barrel is secured by a proprietary non-indexing torque ring which provides even, full-circumferential
pressure on the barrel extension.
The IC line is assembled with our in-house hammer-forged barrels. Some models in the IC family also includes our
proprietary spiral-fluted barrels, which can be up to 20% lighter and have up to 10% more surface area than their respective
non-fluted versions.

THE SIX8™ WEAPONS ARE SHORT-STROKE, GAS-PISTON OPERATED RIFLES CHAMBERED IN 6.8X43MM SPC II. This cartridge
was developed as part of the Enhanced Rifle Cartridge Program in which U.S. Special Operations soldiers, as well as armorers and
other technicians from the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit, played a major role. Its primary purpose was to address the deficiencies
in terminal performance seen with the 5.56x45mm NATO cartridge while allowing the soldier to carry the same number of rounds
with a minimal weight penalty. By using a heavier projectile, the 6.8 round offers higher accuracy and more impact energy than the
5.56 NATO round across all effective ranges
Until now, a major drawback of using the 6.8 cartridge in an M4 style weapon has been the lack of reliable magazines. To solve this
issue, we designed our Six8™ family of weapons around the magazine. Through a partnership with Magpul®, the leader in polymer
magazine engineering, we designed the first polymer 6.8 magazine. The new Six8™ PMAG features many of the same design
characteristics of the standard PMAG, including the curved shape and familiar texture. The body is slightly wider, and the walls
were strengthened in critical areas. Our red follower makes the magazine easy to pick out the Six8™ magazine from the pile. After
perfecting the magazine, we then designed the Six8™ platform for maximum reliability and improved ergonomics.
The upper and lower receivers are designed to accommodate the slightly larger polymer magazine and to perfect the feed
geometry for the 6.8 cartridge. In addition, we are working with major ammunition manufacturers to develop new lines of affordably
priced, high-performance 6.8 ammunition for commercial, law enforcement and military applications.
As with the IC family, the weapons in the Six8™ family are fully ambidextrous and equally suited to right- or left-handed operators.
Our Six8™ rifles are, put simply, the familiar Stoner M4/AR-15/M16 architecture fully optimized for the 6.8 cartridge.

From long range to standard carry, the R.E.P.R. is highly versatile, allowing a marksman to perform assaulter duty with a
16” barreled upper while still being able to quickly switch to a sniper role through a simple swap to a 20” upper.
The heart of the R.E.P.R. platform is our revolutionary self-regulating short-stroke gas-piston operating system. Our piston set
ensures unparalleled reliability in the harshest and most extreme theaters of operation.
A side-mounted charging handle provides shooters with the ability to perform rapid reloads while staying on target and eliminates
gas blowback to the face when shooting suppressed. Our modular rail system allows shooters to only add rail segments where
necessary, and our removable top rail provides a 100% return to zero for optics and lasers mounted on it.
The R.E.P.R. is available with either a 16” or 20” barrel; spiral-fluting is an option for both barrel lengths. The R.E.P.R. comes from
the factory loaded with aftermarket extras, including Geissele® SSA-E fire control groups and MOE+ grips as well as stock options

SCOPE OF WARRANTY
LWRCI™ products are warranted to be free from defective
materials and workmanship for the life of the original
purchaser. LWRCI™ obligation under this warranty shall be
limited to (1) repairing or (2) replacing any product which, upon
inspection at LWRCI™ and based on its discretion, is found to
be defective in material or in workmanship. This warranty
is limited and does not extend to: careless handling, abuse
and misuse, unauthorized adjustments or modifications, use
of improper ammunition, excessive or unreasonable use,
ordinary wear & tear, rust or corrosion, and barrel obstruction.
Repairs are warrantied for the duration of the original warranty
and applies only to factory built products.
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
The remedies in this section and in the warranty agreement
constitute the sole and exclusive remedies of any authorized
customer, as well as its successors and assigns, for any defect
in the product.

The warranty stated in this agreement is the sole and exclusive
warranty pertaining to the product. LWRCI™ disclaims any
warranty, express or implied, including, without limitation,
any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular

NFA POLICY
LWRCI™ will sell NFA items to qualified customers only when
all provisions of the National Firearms Act are met, and
there are no Local or State Regulations preventing such sale.
LWRCI™ does not give legal advice, and is not responsible to
determine your eligibility to own or possess an NFA item. All
NFA rules apply.
EXPORT CONTROL
User acknowledges that any technical data furnished by
LWRCI™ in connection with any order may be subject to U.S.
export control laws, including but not limited to the Arms
Export Control Act, 22 USC 2778, (AECA) and the International
Traffic in Arms Regulations, 22 CFR 120-130, (ITAR)
promulgated pursuant thereto. In this regard, User agrees
that, unless it has obtained prior written consent from the U.S.
Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Control
(DDTC), they will not export, reexport, or transship, directly or
indirectly, the goods, documentation, technical assistance, or
any media in which any of the foregoing is contained, or other
technology provided hereunder or the direct product thereof, to
any country or to any non-U.S. citizen.
