Here are a few tips
to help YOU take
full advantage of
your subscription
ONLINE ACCESS
Visit PasadenaPlayhouse.org/subscriber and
log into your account to get full access of your
subscription, purchase additional discount tickets
and update your contact information.
TICKET EXCHANGES
You can start exchanging your seats when
shows go on sale. For all exchanges, you must
return your original tickets before you receive
your new tickets.
Fixed Subscriptions
Weekday Preview Week (Series 1, 2 & 3)
subscribers receive free ticket exchanges only if
their new ticket date is on Tuesday, Wednesday or
Thursday of Preview Week.
Weekend Preview Week (Series 4, 5 & 6)
subscribers receive free ticket exchanges only if
their new ticket date is during Preview Week.
Weekday subscribers receive free ticket exchanges
only if their new ticket date is on a weekday or in
Preview Week.
Weekend and Premiere (Row C) subscribers
receive free ticket exchanges to any date of the show.
Create-Your-Own & Flex Subscriptions
Subscribers in these two categories receive free
ticket exchanges.
Please be advised that upgrade fees will apply if
you move outside your price category and/or do not
follow the aforementioned policies. All exchanges
are subject to availability and you will be given the
very best seats available in your price category.
There are absolutely no ticket exchanges allowed
between productions.

When exchanging your tickets by mail, fax or
email, we ask you to please use the exchange
form downloadable from our website at
PasadenaPlayhouse.org/Subscriber and
follow the instructions.
FLEX passes can only be used for the five shows
included in the 2016 | 2017 Season only. They are not
redeemable for A Cinderella Christmas or any special
events that are not part of the Subscription Season.
FLEX passes expire July 1, 2017.
MISSED PERFORMANCE ASSURANCE
If you missed your performance date but would still
like to see the show, please bring your unused tickets
to the Box Office on the day you would like to see the
show and you will be given the best available seats for
the price of your original tickets. Upgrade fees may
apply. All such missed performance exchanges are
subject to availability.
If you are unable to attend your performance, you
may return your tickets as an in-kind donation prior
to your show date. We do not offer refunds for
unused tickets.
20% discount on additional tickets
As a subscriber, you can use your exclusive 20%
discount to purchase additional tickets to any of the
five shows included in the season.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
The Pasadena Playhouse is committed to providing
you and your guests a quality experience. If you
are dissatisfied for any reason during your visit,
please notify the House Manager or Hospitality
Manager and we will do our utmost to resolve your
request and make your visit at The Playhouse an
enjoyable one.

GENERAL INFO
ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Our last row in the Orchestra, Row S, is made
entirely of Removable Seats to accommodate
wheelchair seating or special seating needs. We also
have wheelchair seating in the first two rows in the
Orchestra. Please note the Mezzanine level is not
wheelchair accessible. Please call the Box Office at
626.356.7529 to make arrangements.
ASSISTED HEARING DEVICES
We now have a hearing loop system, bringing
sound clarity for those with assisted hearing devices.
LATE SEATING
Please arrive at the theatre at least 30 minutes prior
to performance time to ensure the best possible
experience at the theatre. Please note that once the
curtain time passes, your seats are forfeited. If you
arrive late, you will be seated in the best available seats
in the back of the house when there is an appropriate
pause in the action on stage - subject to the House
Manager’s discretion.
PARKING
There are several well-lit, competitively-priced parking
lots surrounding the theatre. A few are listed here:
Playhouse Plaza Lot
Entrance located on El Molino Avenue, directly across
the street from The Pasadena Playhouse.

Mon - Sat and all day on Sundays. You may also use
the public transit to get to The Playhouse! We are
conveniently located near the Metro Rail Gold Line
Lake Street stop and many Los Angeles Metro and
Pasadena ARTS Bus lines. Please visit metro.net or

PRODUCTION EFFECTS
Herbal cigarettes, theatrical fog, strobe lights,
gunshots and other effects may be used. If you might
be sensitive to these effects, please consult an usher
prior to seating. Alternative seating locations or other
accommodations can be made. If you have questions
or concerns regarding any production effects, please
contact the Box Office at 626.356.7529 or BoxOffice@
PasadenaPlayhouse.org.
CELL PHONES AND WIRELESS DEVICES
Any use of cell phones and wireless devices (that
enable phone calls, text messages, Internet access,
or photography) are strictly prohibited and must be
turned off before you enter the theatre. They may not
be turned on and used during the performance. Please
be mindful of the actors on stage and your neighbors
in the audience. Still photography and video are strictly
prohibited inside the theatre.

Post-Show at The Playhouse
Each production from our 2016 | 2017 season features
Talkback Tuesdays with specially invited community
experts discussing themes related to the production
and one Post-Show at The Playhouse discussion
with the cast. All of these events are free and open
to the public.
