MITSUI-SOKO was established on October 11,1909 with its headquarters in
Tokyo. Starting originally as a warehousing company, Mitsui-Soko subsequently
ventured into Port Terminal operations, trucking, freight forwarding, shipping and a host
of other related services. Today it has emerged as one of the leading freight forwarding
companies with a wide network of branches all over the world.
MITSUI-SOKO started operations in Malaysia in 1984 with its headquarters in Port
Klang and three other branches in Prai, Melaka and Johor.
MITSUI-SOKO operates several bonded and non-bonded warehouses in key
locations within Malaysia, with a total area in excess of 90,000 sq. meters supported by
a fleet of bonded trucks.
