Lodging Information
Everyone is responsible for booking their own lodging reservations for this event. A block of
rooms has been set aside at two hotels in Carlisle and with IHG Army Hotels at Carlisle
Barracks under the name “Army War College Foundation, 1996 Reunion.” Comfort Suites is
centrally located in downtown Carlisle near the town square. The Holiday Inn Express is
located on Harrisburg Pike at the intersection of the PA Turnpike and close to exit 52 on I-81.
Army Lodging on post is now run by IHG Army Hotels. If you choose one of these hotels,
please call that hotel NLT 13 September and ask to reserve one of the blocked rooms
under the “Army War College Foundation, 1996 Reunion” group name.
NOTE: The Foundation is not endorsing any particular hotel. This list is provided for your
