r e m m u S Coppell Montessori At Session I : June 1—30 Session II: July 1 – 31 SUMMER PROGRAM ENROLLMENT Coppell Montessori Academy has a Summer Program that gives the children a break during the day by organizing camps and bringing entertainment to them. Summer Applica ons may be submi ed at any me. Classes fill up quickly and space is limited. We encourage prospec ve Summer School students to turn applica ons in as early as possible. At CMA there is me for play, work, quiet contempla on, and making friends. Play is an essen al tool for learning and is valuable part of Summer School. Our large classrooms, the gymnasium and a huge playground is every child’s delight. An applica on for each child is required and must include a Ac vity Fee of $50 for each session. Applica ons are processed in the order received. Enrollment priority is given to currently enrolled CMA students, returning Summer School students, and siblings of returning students. We con nue to receive applica ons and enroll students in classes where space is available up to the first day of each session. The Ac vity Fee and tui on are non-refundable. Our Summer Program will be held during the months of June (Session I) and July (Session II). Children from ages 18 months to 9 years will have various programs from Monday to Thursday. Friday will be fun-filled Friday with magic shows, puppet shows and much more entertainment. CAMPS SCIENCE CAMP COOKING CAMP Session I & Session II Ages 3 to 9 Session I & Session II Ages 3 to 9 Budding scien sts will experience hands-on learning through FUN and EDUCATIONAL ac vi es that will stay with them for years to come. We will build solar ovens, grow plants with water, juice and carbonated water and perform some unique and absolutely cool experiments. Invest in the skills that will help your child achieve his or her full poten al throughout the school year. Our summer camp experience is specially designed to offer opportuni es the school-year classroom can't, with plenty of individual hands-on ac vi es, supervised explora on and interac ve fun. This summer, we’ll take your aspiring young chef on a culinary journey and share the exo c flavors of an assortment of cuisines. Li le chefs will enjoy learning and preparing simple foods that are yummy and a rac ve. Children will learn art of recipe prepara on, techniques and presenta on -- all with hands on instruc on! They will learn the science of cooking while preparing colorful and healthy dishes and a sweet treat of ice cream with their favorite flavor. FUN FRIDAY ART CAMP Session I & Session II Ages 3 to 9 Session I & Session II Ages 3 to 9 Children get to enjoy various entertainment on Fri- Unlock your child's poten al with the power of art days like Magic Show, Puppet Show, Train rides, and crea vity. Children learn pain ng, sketching, movies and fun-filled entertainment. color techniques, art work and many crea ve works. They also learn about famous ar sts and their style of work. Kids will be able to understand art from the viewpoint of an ar st. GREENHOUSE GEOGRAPHY CAMP Session I & Session II Ages 3 to 9 Session I & Session II Ages 3 to 9 We have a stand alone Greenhouse for children to grow vegetables, flowers, take care of plants, learn to water, clean the plants and learn about the nature. We believe that young people need to know geography in order to succeed in the world today. Ms. Karen, our Greenhouse teacher will con nue working with the children. She has plans to grow herbs and vegetables this summer. Let’s travel around the world as your kid will fill their passport with stamps from every single con nent. We will “visit” Africa, Asia, Europe, South America, Australia and Antarc ca. Learn about these amazing places in our hands-on, ac onpacked summer camp.
