President's Message
Coming up faster than a speeding bullet, our
inspections! We are up almost 5% over the number
of horses we had last year. Thanks for your
participation, we're happy to see growth in horse
numbers, breedings, and inspection entries. Travel is
booked , judges onboard, and runners ready. Our
office has done a great job preparing all the details that go into our
inspections...from the catalogs, to the ribbons, everything takes
someone's thought and effort, and I would like to thank Jason and
Lauren for the hard work they've done to prepare for this.

If you are planning on attending an inspection, we would encourage
to view the webinar "Judging the Friesian Horse" that was recently
conducted by KFPS judge Sabien Zwaga. Sabien covered topics
such as: Judging the Friesian Horse, Explanation of the Rules for
the Ster Predicate, How do the judges take the IBOP scores into
account during the inspections, New rules for grooming, and
'Vooropstelling'-Changes in the judges system.
