2016 Estacada Timber Festival
The Estacada Timber Festival will be returning to the
Timber Park for a 2 day Festival on July 3rd & 4th This
event is growing more and more each year!
Estacada has the largest fireworks display in Clackamas
County and rivals the Portland Metro area shows.
Generous donations from contributors like you and
your company help make this event possible with your
tax deductible cash, product or services.
We created sponsorship packages that offer unique and valuable marketing opportunities with
your company name reaching hundreds of thousands of potential customers. We make it very
affordable to get your name in front of your target audience in our print and online marketing
materials and the many thousands of people who attend the event!
Estacada Area Community Events (EACE) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We work year
round planning this celebration that combines our community's logging heritage and our
nation’s independence. Join us in this truly one of a kind community event!
EACE is run entirely by volunteers, has no paid employees and is fully funded by donations.

We appreciate donations of any amount and realize that some will not be able to give as much as others. We created
donation packages for cash donations since it takes a lot of money to pull off an event this big. Please contact us if
you have any other way of donating materials, raffle prizes or man power. This event takes a lot of time, money and
resources to put on every year for this great community. Help make this year the best ever! Please see attached

 Space to hang 1 (one) 8'x4' banner at the event to advertise your business.

Sometimes packages don't fit your needs. Since we are already heavily marketing our event,
