The chosen theme for the year is Home Sweet Home...just wait until you see what the shops are putting together! These fantastic new rows will be displayed at the various quilt shops very soon. Starting June 21, quilters across the nation and Canada will begin making their rounds to quilt shops everywhere, gathering free patterns just for the asking! When a quilter gathers at least 8 different patterns, makes them up, sews them together, finishes and labels the quilt, she rushes to claim her prize at one of the participating shops. If she is the first to arrive with a finished Row by Row quilt, she receives 25 free fat quarters! Some Row by Row quilters are happy just to collect kits and free patterns, visiting quilt shops in every area. Our school sets a Box Top goal each year. When we meet our goal, we all vote on how our school should spend our Box Top cash. We like to add something fun to our playground or to our sports equipment, making our school an even better place to be. Our goal for this year is to collect 5000 Box Tops. We are half-way there, but the school year will be over soon. Box Tops can be found on so many grocery items, paper products, cleaning items and cereal boxes to name a few. We have a box at the Quilt Shop that we are using to collect any Box Tops that aren’t already spoken for. If you aren’t saving Box Tops for somebody else, would you mind clipping them and dropping them in our box at Seven Sisters? Everyday! 45mm Rotary Blades $2.99 Everyday! Warm & Natural Batting 90”w $8.99 We would love it! Thank you yd for always being so good to us!
