It’s beginning to look, and sound, a lot like
Christmas at Kountry Kids! The students are
hard at work preparing their musical pieces
for the performance to be held on December
13th at the Sangamon County Fairgrounds!
Please gather family and friends to join us as
we celebrate the holiday season with
entertainment and refreshments. Art by the
children will deck the halls for the occasion.

Classroom Spotlight
Infants!
This month, we are focusing on milestones and sensory skills! We hope to reach all of our own individual goals. With
snow and colder weather, we are focusing a lot of our time on sensory play. We plan to play in snow both indoors and
outdoors (weather permitting, of course!) This will also teach us about the different temperatures. We will be very
busy little elves, making Christmas presents for our mommies and daddies! We will be talking about what we love about
Christmas! We will make ornaments and reindeer for our bulletin board! Miss Kayla and Miss Amanda are also very
excited for Christmas. We both will be sticking close to home and being with our families. We are ready to ring in the
Christmas spirit with lots of decorating and shopping for our friends and family! We do not like the busy streets,
traffic, and icy roads as the holidays get closer! We are so blessed to be able to share the holiday season with our
adorable infant class! We are so thankful for our babies, our families, friends, and KKLC! Isn’t that what Christmas is
all about?! We are so excited to be the first classroom spotlight, stay tuned for exciting news next month from … `

Kountry Kids is pleased to announce
Santa Claus as our guest of honor for the
2015 “A Very Kountry Christmas
Program!” Santa will be on hand for visits
with children and photo opportunities will
be available!

We had so much fun at the Festival of Trees! We got to see Santa, ride the train, and make a beaded necklace! We
also saw so many beautiful trees and we found the trees that we made here at KKLC! We will miss the Big Blue Bus
rides, so we are already looking forward to next year!! :)
Dear Parents, Grandparents, family, and friends,
Tis the season of being thankful and giving. We would like to share
with you our thankfulness for such great families and friends we
have here at KKLC. Our staff is the best staff around and of
course, our children are the reason we are all here and they are the
best to have around. Their little smiles can light up anyone’s day.
